Research On China's Service Trade Export Technology Level And Its Influencing Factors

In recent years,there are profound and complex changes in international trade.With the growth rate decline of trade in goods,trade in services has gradually become a driver of world trade and economic growth momentum.Service trade continued to maintain fast growth in China in 2015,global proportion and the proportion of China's foreign trade both are increasing,China's service trade has a great effect on economic growth.But at the same time,we should be aware of China's technical level of trade in services is still low,the long-term dependence on the traditional service trade export lead to the low-end service trade structure,which may be caught in"comparative advantage trap".At present,in order to promote China's service trade export growth from "extensive" to "intensive"growth,the coordination of China's service trade in "quantity" and"quality" is the key to improve technical level of China's service trade export inevitable choice and realistic goals.From qualitative dimensions,this paper based on the export sophistication index to have research in Chinese service trade export technical level and its influencing factors,it has important theoretical and practical significance to realize the transformation and upgrading of China's service trade and export of technology level.First of all,based on the dual margin and technical complexity,we build a theoretical framework model of this paper,combined with the model to expand the conclusion of the influence factors of technical level of the export of service trade theory mechanism analysis.Theoretical part of the study show that the network infrastructure,institutional quality,service trade scale,human capital is decided to upgrade technology level and promoting service trade export factor.Secondly,this article through the adoption of 36 countries(or regions)of service trade export data in 2000-2013,respectively,on the department level and national level the technical complexity of the export of service trade measures,and based on measure based on China and OECD countries,China and carry on comparative analysis to the Brics,from a deeper research on trade in services exports technology level differences and reasons of the differentiation,and first inspection for China's service trade "Rodrik paradox".Research has shown that the current China's service trade export technical level is still low,low,intermediate technical complexity level of export trade in services exports still occupy large proportion;But for the dynamic study of the technical level of the export of Chinese trade in services at the same time found that Chinese service trade export technical complexity with high level of growth,trade in services export structure are exported to medium-high,senior technical structure evolution;"Rodrik paradox"of China's service trade in the test results show that the export of Chinese service trade technical level is not Rodrik(2006)measure in manufactured goods so optimistic,the export of Chinese service trade technical level,there is no significant abnormality.Empirical research part,this article is based on extension theory model and the influence mechanism of the above analysis,for multinational panel data to analyze the whole sample and sample measurement,respectively,using mixed OLS regression and fixed effects model and System GMM measurement methods,such as the factors that affect the export of Chinese service trade technical level for quantitative analysis,and using the method of grey correlation statistical analyses the particularity of China.Finally,combining with the actual situation in China and and theoretical and empirical research conclusions,this paper targeted will enhance the level of China's service trade export technology and achieve transformation and upgrading of China's service trade export technical structure puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
