The Simulation Analysis On The Effect Of Urbanization Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers On Economic Growth

With the process urbanization advancing, the number of migrant workersconstantly increases, and the class inner of migrant workers gradually happendifferentiation, and emerges new groups-the new generation of migrant workers. Inthe process of first generation of migrant workers gradually returning to countryside,the new generation of migrant workers is becoming the main army of city industrialworkers. How to effectively management such a large group has become one of theimportant problems to be urgently solved by our government.However, our government managers poorly know the potential value of the newgeneration of migrant workers and economic impact of urbanization of the newgeneration of migrant workers. It is multidisciplinary of urbanization of the newgeneration of migrant workers that makes experts encounter many thorny issues inprocess of researching urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers. Inaddition, thay are relatively few that the mathematical analysis on the effect ofurbanization of the new generation of migrant workers on economic growth, which isnot commensurate with the urgency of the new generation of migrant workers’problem. Therefore, this paper uses economics principle, especially the generalbalanced analysis frame, researches the effect mechanism of urbanization of the newgeneration of migrant workers on economic growth and the economic impact ofurbanization of the new generation of migrant workers, and obtains certain researchfindings:Firstly, based on the research needs, this paper has summarized the currentdomestic and foreign literatures, defined the related concepts of the new generation ofmigrant workers, urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers and economygrowth, and analysised the economic impact of urbanization of the new generation ofmigrant workers.Secondly, according to our country’s actual condition of, this paper has used thegeneral equilibrium analysis method, constructed a mathematical model of twodepartments, researched the effect mechanism of urbanization of the new generationof migrant workers on economic growth, and proved that urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers could increase the level of resident’s per capita incomeand consumption, raise gross domestic product by improving the level of humancapital, expansing city scale and so on.Finally, this paper has combined with the situation of our country, established acomputable general equilibrium model, which could distinct rural labor, the newgeneration of migrant workers and city labor, designed baseline situation, incompleteurbanization of the new generation of migrant workers situation and fullyurbanization of the new generation of migrant workers situation, and found that theurbanization of the new generation of migrant workers could increase the level ofresident’s per capita income and consumption, raise gross domestic product, andaccelerate the rate of economy growth by improving human capital’s level, effectivelyallocating labors, expansing city scale and so on. In addition, urbanization of the newgeneration of migrant workers can also optimize the industrial structure in someextent.
