Research On The Performance Of Qingdao Haier Working Capital Management From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Working capital is the most dynamic component in business fund.The premise of maintaining sustainable working is to have good circulation of working capital.Traditional working capital management has been shocked because the competition between supply chains is the main completion in 21st century and the globalization process is increasingly accelerating.Therefore,'supply chain',which provides an new idea to working capital management,has been introduced in enterprise working capital management.Study of working capital management from the supply chain perspective has been paid attention from both theory and practice.Based on above understanding and review of working capital management,supply chain and the combination of both,this thesis follows the performance evaluation system of working capital management by Professor Wang Zhuquan(2005).It takes Haier Group as the research objective to do case study whose performance has been very prominent in regardless of market performance in our country's household electrical appliance industry.This thesis discusses the process of Haier Group to improve working capital management performance through constantly improving supply chain management system so that others household electrical appliance companies in our country can learn working capital management of supply chain.First,the article will categorize the operation capitals of the company base on supply chains,and distribute it into according purchase,produce,and marking activities.According to Wang(2007)'s company's operation capital model,the article will take an example of Haier,evaluate its operation performance according to its 2001-2015 years' data and analysis its problems and causes of the distribution changes of Haier's operation capital subsequently,in terms of the channel of purchasing,producing,and marketing.The article will also take Gree as an example to do a comparative analysis with other companies in terms of the effectiveness of the operation capital distribution.The article will come out some positive strategic advice related to different channels of the supply chain to increase the effectiveness of the company's capital distribution as a whole.Through the analysis of the Haier Group case,we found that the methods of supply chain management to establish strategic partnership with suppliers,and actively promote the suppliers to participate in the preliminary design,the implementation of vendor managed inventory and procurement of the JIT operation can improve the purchasing channel working capital management performance.Through the implementation of the 'one win'model,zero inventory,supply chain management,such as supply chain management,the implementation of the supply chain management method can improve the performance of the production channel working capital management;To achieve zero distance with the user's supply chain management method combined with customer relationship management,and logistics enterprises and distributors to establish a strategic partnership,and constantly improve the network marketing channels,the working capital management performance is higher than the industry average.In short,in the process of enterprise working capital management embedded supply chain management ideas,can improve the working capital management level,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,to achieve the maximization of enterprise value.
