Working capital is the best level of both funding liquidity and capital turnover of an enterprise.The management of working capital funds directly determines the level of profitability.As the economy weakens,many companies had to bankruptcy because of its broken capital chain,the fundamental cause is working capital management problem,resulting in failure of operating cash flow.Thus,enterprises should find out working capital problems accurately and timely so that we can analyze and improve working capital management problems combined with business operations by the use of efficient working capital management performance evaluation methods.In recent years,with the construction of the smart grid, four vertical and four horizontal high-speed rail and other projects,the electrical equipment manufacturing industry developed,the development of industry brings opportunities for enterprises but also exposed many problems.More and more electrical equipment manufacturing got into trouble for its poor working capital management.Guodian Nanjing which as one of the largest electrical equipment manufacturing companies, also had to solve financial difficulties.Because of its poor working capital mismanagement and the existing working capital management performance evaluation method is insufficient to meet the development needs of enterprises at this period, it is necessary to improve working capital management performance evaluation methods in order to get rid of financial difficulties.In this paper,we analyze and study the Guodian Nanjing working capital management performance related issues by using literature research,normative and chart.Firstly,we present the related background,significance and research studies abroad, providing guidance and reference for this study.Secondly,we describe the theory of supply chain,working capital management and working capital management performance,laying theoretical foundation for evaluating and analyze the working capital management performance of Guodian Nanjing company.Finally, designing an working capital management performance evaluation program which based on the supply chain of Guodian Nanjing on the premise of the feasibility and necessity analysis;what's more, evaluate and analysis the working capital management performance of Guodian Nanjing company by using operating capital indicators of all channels.Additionally, putting forward proposes and measures to enhance the performance of working capital management.This paper is significant to Guodian Nanjing to enhance working capital management performance and get rid of financial difficulties.Moreover,it also provides a feasible method for working capital management performance of electricalequipment manufacturing enterprises.Besides,to study working capital management performance has a certain practical significance.
