Supply Chain Management And Operating Working Capital Management Performance:Influence Mechanism And Empirical Test

With the development of society,economic integration is gradually formed.Citing the famous British supply chain management expert Christopher's words,'competition in the 21st century is no longer the competition between enterprises and enterprises,but the supply chain and supply chain competition'.Working capital is compared to the blood of a company whose management results determine the future and development of this enterprise.Based on the theory of supply chain management and working capital management,this paper refers to Professor Wang Zhuquan's working capital classification and working capital performance evaluation system.In order to provide theoretical guidance and suggestions for enterprise managers,this paper is from the perspective of supply chain management of working capital and find out the influence of working capital performance factors.This paper is divided into two parts.The first part introduces the classic theory of supply chain and working capital management,and extracts the essence of working capital--contract management and information management.And use TSINGTAO BREWERY CO.,LTD's case to explain the essence of working capital management.The second part analyzes the correlation between the working capital performance and the influencing factors by using SPSS analysis software,and further discusses the influencing factors of working capital performance from the perspective of large data.Through the combination of case study and empirical analysis,this paper found that the management level of the accounts payable and the purchasing level of the purchasing channel are negatively correlated with the working capital turnover period of the purchasing channel,and that the relationship of the days of procurement channel's working capital outstanding and the supplier concentration is positively "U"-shaped;labor costs and capital intensive production and production processes working capital turnover is negatively correlated;the level of accounts receivable management and marketing channel working capital management level is negatively related to the customer,and the relationship of the days of marketing channel's working capital outstanding and the customer concentration is inverted "U"-shaped through empirical test.
