In recent years,China's socio-economic development grows rapidly,a fact that has not only boosted a large number of construction projects,but also escalated the scale and complexity of these projects,and increased the requirements for project management.In the whole life cycle of construction projects,there are a great of participants.The instruction relationships and the information exchange among the internal organization and different organizations are very complicated.And the degree of importance of organization integration has become increasingly prominent.Thereinto,the impact of organizational integration of construction projects and knowledge sharing on project performance is not only of crucial pragmatic value to project implementation,but also an unexploited subject on the construction project management that should attain much more attention and exploration.It is also of theoretical significance to the development and optimization of project management system.On a basis of extensive literature reviews,this article sorts out the researches on the definition,connotation,measurement and correlation of organizational integration of construction projects,knowledge sharing and project performance;and chooses He qinghua's organizational integration of construction projects Questionnaire and explicit the dimension of sharing relationship as the measurement tools for the organizational integration of construction projects and knowledge sharing.This article proposes further theoretical derivation and hypothesis on the interrelation between organizational integration of construction projects knowledge sharing and project performance,and builds up the organizational integration of construction projects-knowledge sharing-project performance theoretical model.From the viewpoint of knowledge sharing,this research plans to discuss about the mechanism of how organizational integration of construction projects impacts on project performance through knowledge sharing's mediation.Then,based on the 212 effective questionnaires,this paper evaluates the I reliability and validity of measurement scales,and verifies the research hypothesis with analytical tools such like SPSS and PLS2.0.This article derives the research conclusion mainly in the following four aspects:Firstly,organizational integration of construction projects has significant positive effect on project performance.So,We should build up frame of knowledge sharing.Secondly,knowledge sharing plays a significant partial mediate role when partial dimensions of organizational integration impact on project performance.And organizational level knowledge sharing has a significant impact on knowledge sharing among project teams.Thirdly,the influence of the construction project organization integration on the two dimensions of knowledge sharing has a significant difference between the four dimensions.Among them,the organizational structure has no significant effect on the knowledge sharing among project teams.Fourthly,knowledge sharing in construction projects significantly affect project performance.As can be seen from the empirical,level organizational knowledge sharing on project performance is stronger than the knowledge sharing among project teams.There are three mainly three innovations of this paper lies in.First,this article builds up the theoretical model under the background of knowledge sharing.And this article verifies the intermediary role in the model of knowledge sharing.Secondly,through the data analysis,it is pointed out that the impact of organizational level knowledge sharing on project performance is greater than the knowledge sharing between projects.Furthermore,the paper finds out that the impact of different dimensions of organizational integration through knowledge sharing path on project performance is significantly different.Finally,this paper discusses the conclusions,enlightenments and limitations of this research,and indicates the directions for the future study.
