The success rate and quality of system integration project has been confronted with challenges with the development of information technology accompanying more complex system integration projects and increasing number of enterprises getting involved. Virtual enterprise, a dynamic alliance composed of a number of enterprises, is an organization form suitable for aiming at system integration project. It is vital to build virtual enterprise based on system integration project and knowledge sharing is the key to its success and efficiency. This dissertation discusses knowledge sharing in virtual enterprises, with the main content and points of innovation as follows:Firstly, this dissertation speaks of the need to build virtual enterprise based on system integration project on the basis of discussing the respective characteristics of system integration project and virtual enterprises. Based on traditional six organization models of virtual enterprises, two new organizational models are presented, which are cooperative alliance and core network. The research paper puts forth the knowledge sharing model after analyzing the factors of knowledge sharing for virtual enterprise based on system integration project.Secondly, this paper uses a systematic game theory to analyze knowledge sharing of the two organization models in virtual enterprises based on system integration project. It is found in the modeling of cooperative alliance virtual enterprise that the enterprise who has higher absorption capacity is more likely to choose knowledge sharing, that the more amount of knowledge for the other party, the more likely to choose knowledge sharing, and that the more new knowledge generated from knowledge sharing, it is more likely to choose knowledge sharing for the businesses. The research also finds when using the two stage static game model in core network virtual enterprise, the level of knowledge sharing member businesses choose makes marginal revenue equal numerical marginal disutility. The incentive the champion enterprise chooses has positive relation with variance of product function of random probability distribution for member enterprises’knowledge sharing. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the influential factors of knowledge sharing, the paper summarizes five factors that contribute to the effect of knowledge sharing namely the characteristics of knowledge, source enterprise, accepting enterprise, and sharing process and its implementation, as well as environment of knowledge sharing. The conceptual model is formed. The empirical research comes to the conclusion that five factors and their sub-factors are all significantly correlated with the effect of knowledge sharing, in which knowledge, source enterprise and the environment of knowledge sharing have notable influence while accepting enterprise and knowledge sharing processes have no significant influence. It is found after improvement of the model and the logarithm of dependent variables analyzed with multiple linear regression that with1grade lower of knowledge, the effect of knowledge sharing rises by17.1%, and that1grade higher of knowledge sharing environment, the effect of knowledge sharing rises by15.2%. According to the analysis, this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the knowledge sharing effect.Fourthly, to realize the knowledge sharing of virtual enterprise based on system integration project, knowledge sharing platform is designed. This dissertation analyzes the major demands of knowledge sharing platform and the major function as well as the framework of the platform based on big data technology. This research paper also presents domain ontology construction of virtual enterprise on the basis of the special background of virtual enterprise based on system integration project as well as the domain-based knowledge base construction and knowledge map-based knowledge management and fusion method. Last, this dissertation takes the example of a virtual enterprise, analyzing the virtual enterprise’s organizational model and its knowledge sharing platform.
