Research On The Construction Of The Strategic Alliance Model Of Southwest Port

With the development of the Maritime Silk Road and western development strategy and the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the Southwest Harbor,including Zhanjiang,Haikou and north gulf Harbor,etc,play an increasing important role in the regional economic development and the foreign exchange of the southwest of China.At present,the international shipping industry has undergone major changes and the natural monopoly power of maritime has been weakened.To the southwest port group,because the hinterland resources,location and target market are overlapped and three port city located in the northern Gulf Economic Circle,thus the competition will become increasingly fierce.The establishment of strategic alliances and cooperation can promote the port group to the direction of port integration and it is not only in line with the common interests of the major ports,but also to promote the group to play a great historical mission of Southwest Harbor Group.In this paper,using the optimal resource allocation theory and the regional economic theory,combined with the situation of the southwest port to analyze the necessity and feasibility of constructing strategic alliance,then come to the conclusion that through strategic alliance southwest port can improve the optimal allocation of resources and promote the the development of port and economic hinterland,so as to make good use of the opportunity and realize common development.In order to build a suitable strategic alliance for southwest port,according to the characteristics of the southwest port,we firstly determine the index system influencing the future development of port.Then,through the questionnaire and application of analytic hierarchy process,the primary index system was screened and optimized.Finally the index system affecting the development of southwest port strategic alliance was determined.With the certain indicators,system dynamics model was used to run the future development of southwest port.According to the result of simulation,the strategic position of the ports were determined,so as to build the alliance mode of southwest port.Under the leadership of three provincial government,the alliance organization of southwest port was set up,responsible for unified management and planning.In the framework of alliance,headed by the northern gulf port,the relationship between ports should be continuously strengthened by capital and business between the ports.Through joint investment and business collaboration,the formation of southwest port import and export service of integrated logistics operation network was built,enhancing the overall competitiveness.In the end,the safeguard of implementing strategic alliance are put forward.The main difficulty of this article is collecting data because of the object studied contains small ports.Through a large number of literature and investigation,the problems were solved and the article were finished eventually.The main innovation of this article is the index system of system dynamics model.In this article,the 35 primary indicators were determined through qualitative,then using the method of quantitative to screen and optimize,finally the ultimate indicators were applied to the system dynamics model.
