Research On The Synergy Mechanism Of Strategic Alliance Between Manufacturing Enterprises Based On System Dynamics

The synergy among enterprises is a process of long-term coordination and cooperation among members in the strategic alliance system.This problem is derived from the rapid development of strategic alliances and the high failure rate.It has been found that the strategic alliance is not a stable form of organization,and its failure rate has reached 50%.The strategic alliance between manufacturing enterprises is a cooperative relationship system with self organizing characteristics of two or more enterprises that focus on the manufacturing industry,which aims to improve the competitiveness of enterprises based on relational assets,contract and sharing the benefits and risks together.In the strategic alliance of manufacturing enterprises,the investment of relational assets is the root of promoting the stable development of the alliance.At the same time,the spillover and hold up of relational assets is the fundamental cause of the instability of the alliance.This shows that the strategic alliance among manufacturing enterprises is actually a complex system that interacts and co operates with many factors,which is based on relational assets.Therefore,In order to promote the stable development of the strategic alliance of manufacturing enterprises,it is necessary to recognize the dynamic mechanism of the strategic alliance of manufacturing enterprises in the perspective of complex systems to explore the influence factors of alliance relationship synergy,and to show the cooperative mechanism of alliance relationship,which can lay the foundation for the design of alliance relationship synergy mechanism.The purpose of this study is based on the principle and method of system dynamics to explore the factors that affect the stable development of manufacturing enterprise strategic alliance and analyzes the mechanism of these factors,so as to put forward mechanism design suggestions which promote the stable development of the strategic alliance.Specifically speaking,firstly,the manufacturing enterprise alliance system is described,and think it is because of the investment in relational assets is significantly different from the other forms of cooperation.Then,with the relational assets as the basis,through the analysis of the related factors and its feedback path in the alliance establishment,alliance governance and alliance evaluation of the 3 stages of strategic alliance synergy among the manufacturing enterprises,forming a synergistic feedback causal loop diagram among the strategic alliances between manufacturing enterprises,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to simplify the model under the premise of guaranteeing the effectiveness,and found that the importance of control mechanism to the synergy of strategic alliances.Therefore,control strategies such as black box transaction,bilateral mortgage,equilibrium alliance and conflict resolution mechanism are taken as variables that affect synergy to the model,form a system flow graph of Strategic Alliance Synergy under different control mechanisms.After the completion of the model,through Vensim PLE simulation found that the dynamic behavior mode of the strategic alliance system in the case of changing the parameters of the corresponding variable,comparative analysis with the trend of change and the actual situation,summarizes the results of the simulation,evaluation of synergistic effects of different control mechanisms,and puts forward some feasible mechanism design suggestions.The research in this paper is conducive to enriching the theoretical research of strategic alliances and has certain guiding significance for promoting the strategic practice of manufacturing enterprises.
