Research On Supply Chain Optimization Strategy Of Transnational Agricultural Machinery Enterprises With Unstable Demand

Under the background of economic globalization, market competition is particularly fierce. In the case of the upgrading of the product and the customer expectation, the enterprise should focus on reducing the operating cost, improving the efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise. However, the high prices of raw materials, long technical innovation cycle, as well as enterprise staff wages and other benefits increase, the enterprise must strive to find other breakthrough. So the supply chain management has been paid attention more and more. The optimization of enterprise supply chain including improving the efficiency of the supply chain, reduce not value-added investment behavior for enterprise product cost reduction, improve product competitive advantage enhancement and competition strategies and tactics have very big help.In this thesis, the understanding of modern manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain management and the future of the supply chain optimization strategy,launched a detailed study and elaboration, mainly contains four aspects of the content. Secondly, the theory of supply chain management are described,the content of supply chain management, the management model and process of the evolution of supply chain and supply chain in agricultural machinery enterprises characteristics and introduce a comprehensive supply chain management brings to the agricultural machinery enterprise benefit were analyzed.Again, for J company where the author of this thesis for the application of supply chain in the enterprise internal research, a detailed description of the operation of enterprise internal planning processes, procurement processes and logistics and warehouse process, analyzing the result of operation of the current process, and pointed out the need to address the problem. Then, the large number of domestic and foreign theory, function, charts and reports tooling for supply chain planning,procurement and logistics and warehouse optimization, the feasibility of the solution is proposed in this thesis, and the future work direction.
