| Organizational change is an effective method which helps the logistics financial enterprises to achieve a smooth transition and maintain the core competence.Because the enterprise logistics finance has the dual attributes of the general enterprises and financial institutions,it relates to many factors.It is not only to consider the efficient organization and operation efficiency,but also to take into account the idea of overall risk management.How to better implement organizational change has been always worthy to thinking and exploring the problem of the logistics financial enterprise.Combined with the characteristic of the logistics financial enterprises,and based on the comprehensive analysis about organization change fundamental of the general enterprise,this paper presents two special principals which are able to effect the logistics financial enterprise on the organization change success,involve adapting to the key process optimization and accommodating to the comprehensive risk management.Taking this as the starting point and the end result,we draw on the idea of the separation process of the bank,and innovator establish the organization change model based on the separation of front and back.The model is divided into three parts: basic work,intrinsic change and security measures.Basic work is the model base,the main content is to build the key process and implement the risk management overall.Internal change is the main body of a model,the main content is reasonable in front-middle-back department separation,this paper focuses on researching and designing its method.Security measures is the driving force of the model,The main content is to establish a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system,in order to ensure the new organizational structure in accordance with the established track operation.The Tianjin logistics financial enterprises as an example,application the model of organizational change,on the face of environmental,organizational status are analyzed,rebuilt the key procedure,pu forward the comprehensive and specific measures of the risk management,establishes the database of risk events,Carried out in front of the background separation and designed to fit its performance appraisal system.Finally,this paper has carried on the evaluation of the enterprise organizational change,and draw a conclusion that this method of the organization change has good effect and reference value to the financial logistics enterprises. |
