With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,increased competition in the market and the recent international financial crisis,and so on,China's small enterprises are facing significant structural changes and adjustments.Our small enterprises play in the national economy increasingly critical role.According to statistics,small businesses in the GDP,taxes,and to absorb the labor force occupy a significant proportion.However,since the smaller,lack of funds,engaged in the impact of low-value processing of labor and other factors,small businesses that are shocked from external are also growing,and thus the transformation and upgrading of small enterprises needs more and more attention lately.The most important of restructuring and upgrading of small enterprises is to carry out technological innovation and to achieve good innovation performance.Traditional follow and imitate innovation in the situation of the serious homogenization of today's technology and the rapid updating,has been unable to ensure the sustainable development of small enterprises.Disruptive innovation starts development in the low-end and according to the different technical track,it can make small businesses leap forward in technology and independent innovation.In addition,from disruptive innovation begin in the low-end market and take a non-competitive manner to exceed big businesses and occupied the mainstream market?The way of development of disruptive innovation provides a different path of development for the transformation and upgrading of China's small enterprises,which are thin,weak and small and lead them to provide guidance.Firstly,through the analysis of relevant theories,the article foreshadows the theoretical foundation for the following research.Based on the research of scholars summarized,the paper analyzes the concept and the path of business transformation and upgrading.We propose that the key of small enterprise to upgrade is actually technical innovation.That is to say,technical innovation is the nature of small business coming to upgrading and transformation.In this paper,therefore,we also analyze different technical innovation modes so as to choose.Then,the paper deeply theory research disruptive innovation of its concept,types,methods,factors and implementation paths.And we analyze the feasibility and applicability of disruptive innovation about the small businesses.Secondly,on the basis of factors analysis on disruptive innovation,this paper proposes mechanism model of disruptive innovation to implement innovative performance and to achieve the purpose of transformation and upgrading of our small businesses.And the relationship between the factors is related assumptions.We collect and analyze data through the questionnaire to verify the hypothesis.Empirical proofs:Disruptive Innovation is affected by internal factors that are creative abilities including technology Opportunities ability,knowledge acquisition capacity and ability to integrate resources,which are affected by business leaders' support,organizational learning,incentives mechanism and corporate social capital,and external factors,which are technology,market,the product and government policies.Therefore,small enterprises can improve the innovative capacity by improving the performance of these factors to achieve disruptive innovation performance.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper proposes the path of disruptive innovation path to achieve the transformation and upgrading small businesses.The Article give path analysis from both internal and external factors.Externally,the article makes a comprehensive analysis from three aspects of technical,product and market,and recommends that small businesses select the appropriate model of innovation at different stages.In addition,the article also put forward suggestions from the perspective of the value chain and the government.Internally,the article analyses in detail based on R&V model to explain how to optimize the organizational structure,strengthen leadership support efforts to strengthen the company's incentives and other factors of company to achieve better disruptive innovation.Meanwhile,the paper by means of case millet company's development,in detail makes an analysis of how to achieve market share through disruptive innovation and success as the vulnerable small businesses.
