With the rapid development of society,the market environment is evolving rapidly,companies gain a competitive advantage in constant change,and competition will eventually be converted into the underlying competition between talents.As China's market share of small appliances brand,Media CE system established recruitment and selection system with its own characteristics.The existing system special the talent introduction and cultural heritage has played an important role,its disadvantages are also increasing with the development.Problems exist in the original recruitment and selection management,such as:too extensive criteria,no elaborate competency model,marketing personnels are lack of scientific marketing idea,and the processes are also not transparent enough.In this paper,it's the first time to build marketing personnel competency models in GE through using the comparative studies,deductive reasoning,systems analysis and other methods to improve the job classification,job description,marketing staff competency model,and relying on the competency models design two categories in the recruitment system including sales and market staff and dozen types of job.It also construct the selection system in Media Consumer Electric Division,which divide into Level one,two,three,four,corresponding to the backup of general manager,regional Direct,ranch manager and product manager.The implement need to support the policies and ensure that recruitment and selection management system to improve effectively.The recruitment and selection management system based on competency model could be an effective solution to core problem.The research could provide some reference information for new strategic planning and marketing during the transition period.
