In the six modules of human resource management,the remuneration is a direct manifestation of the value created by the employee,and in the many motivating factors,the salary is usually considered to be the most incentive.At the same time,for the enterprise,the pay is the largest cost.On the one hand,high salary will cause the operating costs of enterprises too high;the other hand,low salary can not fully reflct the value of staff,which also lead to excessive staff mobility and the loss of their talent.How to promote a enterprises through the development of scientific,resonable and effective incentive to achieve the win-win of enterprises and employee is the fundamental purpose of all the compensation system.This paper takes Chengdu ZC company as the research object,which makes a comprehensive analysis of the company’s strategic objectives,business ideas,organizational structure,job settings,personnel quality and post matching.This paper makes a deep research on the salary system of the enterprises in Colleges and universities and analyzes the problems existing in the current salary system.In the basic theory of salary and incentive theory under the guidance of the post evaluation as the foundation,proposed the design of post performance salary system of ZC company project,and based on the actual situation of enterprises and the general level of the market has developed a set of salary management system,and put forward the corresponding performance management system.First,salary and related theories are reviewed.Paper mainly introduces the definition,function,structure and design principles of compensation which provides a theoretical basis for the design of compensation system of ZC company.Second,ZC company’s strategic objectives,organizational structure,the main business,the status of human resources is described,analysis of the shortcomings of the existing system,the proposed re design.Third,ZC company’s strategic objectives,the performance of the ZC company pay system redesign,including job analysis,job determination,job classification,job ratings etc.Last,from the performance appraisal system and compensation management,the implementation of the compensation system to regulate and standardize.The completion of this paper in the compensation system of ZC company in the job evaluation based on professional ability oriented,responsibility and benefit matching management system,that promote salary distribution,personnel training,the establishment of modern enterprise management system in line with the norms and standards.
