| Since reform and opening up,China’s remarkable development of private enterprises,the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standard has made a great contribution,there is no denying the fact that it has become the most active economy in the process of national economic growth in China.But,with China’s accession to the WTO,private enterprises in our country towards the world stage,and all the opportunities for development of also will face more difficult challenges at the same time,in order to survive in market competition,its the only way out is to speed up the active docking with world first-class enterprise,constantly improve the enterprise internal management,improve market competitiveness.However,the current situation analysis shows that the lack of private enterprises in human resource management,especially the management of the performance appraisal system,seriously restricts the development of private enterprises.Proved that the complete performance appraisal system not only can make reasonable use of internal resources of enterprises,enhance the market competitive advantage,can realize individual and the common progress of the organization,and realize the sustainable development of the common.Therefore,how to improve and strengthen the performance management level of the private enterprises,the construction of a scientific,reasonable and complete performance appraisal system is the urgent task of China’s private enterprises.In this paper,through the combination of theory and practice,the combination of qualitative and quantitative method,the performance evaluation related theory,on the basis of in-depth study of private enterprises in our country the status quo of performance appraisal and in-depth research,summarizes the main problems of it is lagged idea of performance appraisal,performance appraisal system is not complete,the performance evaluation mechanism is not sound,and deeply analyzes the existing problems,and explore the deep reasons.Combining with SX company,the current situation of performance appraisal through questionnaire survey and data analysis of the performance appraisal using the paper summarizes the problems existing in the process,and combined with relevant theory of performance appraisal,from the strategic target of enterprise itself,enterprise staff’s personal quality,revenue and cost ratio of the expectations of performance appraisal method in the aspects of feasibility research,finally puts forward the SX companies use KPI assessment method to carry on the design.Based on this,the system of performance target management system,the improvement of performance appraisal organization guarantee and system,and improvement of performance appraisal process system have been completed,and the designof the whole performance appraisal system has been completed.Finally,this paper expounds the performance evaluation system in the process of running the solution of the problem,namely,to establish education significance of enterprise culture,and to improve the management process,improve the enterprise overall organizational structure,performance appraisal,incentive mechanism,and improve the mechanism of feedback and implement comprehensive evaluation and application of performance appraisal results,to improve the effect of the performance appraisal.This paper is a combination of theory and practice.Its theoretical content further enriches the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal and improves the performance appraisal system of China’s private enterprises.His practical significance lies in combining the SX company performance evaluation mode,and its performance appraisal system for improving design,design a suitable for our country to the development of the private enterprise performance evaluation system to provide the reference. |
