Study On The Development Path Of Urbanization In Western Liaoning Under The Background Of New Urbanization

Since 2014 the state proposed new urbanization,to accelerate the development of urbanization,the country is making a positive response,also made some achievements,the process of urbanization continues toward the expected direction.Overall,the development of the urbanization in developed regions is relatively smooth;the development of the urbanization in less developed regions to a long haul ahead.In recent years,the economic development of Liaoning province is slow,even once appeared in the bottom position,seriously affect the quality and speed of new urbanization.This paper studies the western Liaoning area which belongs to Liaoning province underdeveloped areas,backward economyand urbanization development are slow,in the process of the realization of the new urbanization,not only is the difficulty of revitalizing the economy of Liaoning province,but also is the hope of achieving the overall development of Liaoning province.Under the background of new urbanization,in order to realize the sustainable development of urbanization in western Liaoning,it has become the focus of the society to explore a new path of urbanization,which is in line with the actual situation.In this paper,depth analysis the present situation and problems of urbanization in western Liaoning with the qualitative and quantitative analysis method;structuring the index system of the new urbanization in western Liaoning by principal component analysis method;spatial analysis of the new urbanization factors in western Liaoning through ESDA and GRW model,combined with SPSS,GeoDA,ArcGIS and other software.And then put forward new urbanization development path in line with the actual situation in western Liaoning.Specifically,in the implementation of urbanization development path,all regions should be based on their own physical truth,select for their own suitable development path of urbanization.In view of the Jinzhou region,should be based on "no spatial balanced type"," integration of production and city type","traffic radiation type" urbanization development path;Panjin region,should be based on "no sptial balanced type","traffic radiation type","green environmental protection type" urbanization development path;Huludao region,should be based on "no sptial balanced type","population transfer differential type" and "green environmental protection type" urbanization development path;Chaoyang and Fuxin regions,should be based on all urbanization development path.
