Research On The Development Path Of Rural Esidential Areas Under The Background Of New Urbanization

The acceleration of the development of urban-rural integration in China has brought about the transformation of the economic and social structure and the strategic adjustment of the urbanization development path,which has led to the concept of new urbanization.The new urbanization implements the core concept of “people-oriented”,and places the development of new rural residential areas on the same level as the development of large,medium and small cities(towns),effectively alleviating the main contradictions in our society and improving the people’s growing A good life needs.This paper cuts through the urbanization of rural areas,focusing on the development path of rural residents’ production and living carriers.This paper combs the research status of rural residential areas at home and abroad.The research on rural residential areas in foreign countries mainly focuses on land use and system.The development path of rural residential areas in the world mainly includes three development paths: Japan,South Korea,Britain,France and the United States.Domestic research on rural residential areas mainly focuses on spatial distribution and layout,evolution process and the development of rural communities.There are few researches on the development path of rural residential areas.Then,based on the basic characteristics of new urbanization,this paper discusses the new new standards proposed by the new urbanization for the development of rural residential areas,constructs the evaluation index system of rural residential development potential,and uses the comprehensive evaluation method and gravity model to study rural residents.The development potential of the point.Based on this,the development path of rural residential development is constructed in four aspects: industry,space,culture and residents’ rights..In terms of industry,on the basis of improving the land transfer mechanism,the family farms and farmers’ professional cooperatives should be used to indicate the development direction of agricultural scale operation,and the development of rural first,second and third industries and the development trend of “Internet + agriculture” should be discussed;In terms of space,it expounds the optimal development direction of land intensive use,housing,infrastructure and public services,and ecological environment;in terms of culture,it emphasizes the cultural construction path of cultivating new farmers and taking into account excellent traditional culture and characteristic local culture;In terms of rights and interests,we will strengthen government legislation and policies to protect the rights and interests of residents,and pay attention to the personalized services and systemic services of rural residents.
