Research On The Evaluation System And Improvement Of Self-innovation Ability Based On SMEs Board

Under the new normal,innovation driven has become the main driving force of economic development.After years of development,SMEs have become the main force of China's economic development,as the leader of the SMEs,the SMES board has become the most dynamic part of China's economic growth.However,with the intensification of market competition,the lack of R&D personnel of SMEs board,the lack of innovation and other shortcomings have gradually come out,and restricted seriously the development of SMEs board.Under the trend of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,SMEs board also ushered in the spring,SMEs board should actively carry out independent innovation to seek a more long-term development.Through the study of the ability of independent innovation of SMEs board,in order to improve the ability of independent innovation of of SMEs board.According to the relevant literature of the independent innovation ability of SMEs,combined with the development of the independent innovation ability of China's SMEs board,construct the evaluation index system and empirical study.This paper mainly studies from four aspects:(1)Overview and theoretical basis of independent innovation ability of SMEs board.This part mainly introduces the definition of SMEs?SMEs board and the independent innovation ability of SMEs board,and the theoretical basis for the evaluation of the independent innovation ability of SMEs board.(2)Construction of evaluation system of independent innovation ability of SMEs board.Firstly,confirm the establishment principle of the evaluation index system of the independent innovation ability of SMEs board.Secondly,establish the evaluation index system of the independent innovation ability of SMEs board from 4 aspects,such as R & D input factor,human resource factor,enterprise income factor and environmental impact factor.Finally,discuss the analysis and selection of evaluation methods.(3)An empirical study on the evaluation of independent innovation ability of SMEs board.Firstly,confirm the research samples and data sourcesthe.Then based on the actual data of 156 SMEs board in 2015 and 152 SMEs board in 2014,empirically study the independent innovation ability of SMEs board in China in the past two years.(4)Promotion Countermeasures of independent innovation ability of SMEs board.This part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of independent innovation of China's SMEs board from seven aspects,such as increasing R&D investment factor input,strengthening the quality of talent introduction and training,and strengthening the government support,according to the earning capacity of SMEs board to enhance the ability of independent innovation capacity,striving to achieve balanced development of all aspects of independent innovation capability,reducing the risk of independent innovation of SMEs board through innovation alliance,broadening the financing channels of SMEs board independent innovation etc.
