To develop in fierce market competition,chain supermarket has to be equipped with efficient logistics distribution,to respond to customers’ requirements with high-q uality services.As an important link of the operation of chain supermarket,logistics d istribution technology naturally becomes the core competitiveness for an enterprise in competition.However,currently,domestic distribution centers blindly imitate internal ional peers and introduce advanced logistics facilities,without rationally using operati onal programs to operate the distribution center production.Consequently,although di stribution centers enjoy advanced equipment,they are still facing problems such as fai ling to take foll advantage of facilities,inventory shortage,low picking efficiency,hig h operating costs and backward management.Taking the distribution center owned by Baidee Supermarket as an example,givi ng advices from Storage management,Purchasing Strategy and Inventory Control,Pic king strategy,Operating organization,the application of new technology to optimize t he design of the existence of operational problems in the distribution center.1.Taking PCB analysis for operational data and the measure of picking equipmen t and storage capacitya.Laying the foundation for picking system optimization.2.Based on the principle of the ABC analysis method,the distribution center in t he library for storing goods arrangement,Suggestions for class A high turnover of goo ds,shipment arrangement in the area recently and convenient storage shelves first lay er;Turnover of the general class B goods arranged on shelves the second layer,low tu mover of more than three layer C goods arranged on shelves.In order to improve the efficiency of outbound,recommendations will be stored in A loft-style shelves in the class A cargo to the electronic label picking area,the outbound frequency is not high c lass B and class C cargo placed and attic shelf area.3.Researching the three typical commodities for distribution centers through the method of safety stock,fixed reorder point analysis and reorder batch analysis,which gave order arrival forecast and shortage analysis suggestion of the three products,it pl ayed the significant role of cushioning imbalance between supply and demand,contro lling logistics cost,increasing inventory availability and customer order satisfaction.4.Using EIQ analysis,analyze the picking strategy;According to the butterfly dis tribution center historical data key in 6 orders,for example,for the analysis of distribu tion center provides a method of processing orders,standardized operation process de sign;And put forward the corresponding on the scattered assignment scheme improve the picking efficiency.5.Using 5H1W and ECRS laws standard work flow,combining with the gantt ch art to find out the problems in the order picking a wrong such as order processing,war ehouse layout is unreasonable,the problem such as handling equipment put too far,an d put forward reasonable Suggestions for improvement.The conclusions of this essay can provide some referential experience for other d istribution centers owned by chain supermarkets.
