With the increase of the income level of residents and the popularity of sports, sports apparel industry showed a fast growth trend in the past two years. The competition between sports brands on products and services are increasingly fierce. This paper firstly introduced the domestic sports apparel industry with the classic five forces model, and then introduces A company Greater China organization structure, operation mode, product structure, replenishment network according to my internship.Through the SWOT analysis,I pointed out the challenges A company is currently facing and established DC in south of China is the way to meet the challenge.Currently A company Guangzhou brand store is facing a replenishment problem,I analyzes root causes of this issue, which are physical distance between central logistics center and Guangzhou brand store is too long, the replenishment frequency is too low and return goods time period conflicts with first allocation time. And then I propose the solution. That is to build the distribution center in Guangdong Pearl River delta region. This paper is focus on the location selection of distribution center.Through the Pearl River Delta retail stores sales and position analysis and the logistics park resource around Guangzhou City comparison,by center of gravity method, the distribution center location is determined at Zengcheng Logistics Park.By using of expert interviews and AHP(analytic hierarchy process),I evaluate the two optional warehouse provided by two logistics partners and choose the better one. Finally, based on the functions of the distribution center, the operation processes are designed.
