As the industrialization and urbanization process deepening,globalization and informatization coming to construction industry,competition in the construction market is increasingly fierce.To survive and develop in the market,Construction companies must ensure its market share.Therefore,biding is particularly important.Constuction company S is a large state-owned construction enterprise,which has its own unique resources and technological advantages.However,if it is unable to win in the biding works,resources and technological advantages will be useless and construction ompany S will lose market share and face a lack of construction tasks,which block the development of the company.So how to take good use of their own advantages in the matket and win in the bidding eventually have become the top priority of marketing department of construction company S.For now,China's construction enterprises have already had a lot of experience and strategies of their own in the biding process.But there are still many problems.Most construction companies's biding work is blind and lack of strategic planning or direction of development.Under the current bidding system,the main assessment indicator of biding achievements is the winning-rate of biding.Lacks strategies and techniques in the tender bidding process will result in poor winning-rate of bidding.Biding works can not be effective.These problems are mainly due to lack of awareness of the environment,market,and their own status in them,which lead to the lack of guidance,strategy and hierarchy of the biding works.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and discuss the effective biding model that the construction enterprises can use for reference.Based on construction company S,this paper take the market deve;opment of Construction company S as the research object,analyse the current status,sum up the existing biding work experience and point out the existence of problems.Using theoretical tools-----"Potter five forces model" analysing the current market environment and competitors of construction company S comb the biding process of Construction company S.The paper puts forward suggestions from the strategy,organization,system,and other aspects to explore suitable biding strategies of Constuction company S.Using the game theory,the paper established a bid game model to help price decision in the bidding.Through case analysis,bidding strategies and bid game models are successful to guid construction company S's biding process,which proved that these bidding strategies are useful.And the bid game models is reliable.
