Positive Research On The Organization Degree Of The Specialized Farmers Cooperatives In Tongzhou District,Beijing

The central document of CPC has focused on the issue of Rural area,Farmer and Agriculture for 14 years since 2004.Farmer ranks the top on this issue.Farmer occupies the largest population of China,while it becomes the largest vulnerable group,which is caused by the inability of the single farmer faced to the market competition and social environment.The specialized farmer cooperatives organize farmers to production and management,to take part in the market competition.Therefore,promoting the organization degree of the specialized farmer cooperatives will be helpful to the issue of Rural area,Farmer and Agriculture.Researches on this area home and abroad believe that promoting the organization degree of the specialized farmer cooperatives has positive effect on solving the issue of Farmer.Beijing is the capital of China,whose development on the issue of Agriculture,Rural area and Farmer will have a normal and instructive effect on the whole country.Under the framework of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,city and countryside integration and rural urbanization,Tongzhou district,the sub-center of Beijing,its Agriculture is facing industrial upgrading and structure adjustment,how to promoting the organization degree of the specialized farmer cooperatives,it’s an important research topic.Based on this background and the relevant theories,the research will evaluate the organization degree of the specialized farmer cooperatives in Tongzhou district.Referring the evaluating method from the scholars who have studied this topic,this research sets the president of the specialized farmer cooperatives and its member as the respondents.The questionnaire is designed referring to the Likert scale.30 typical cooperatives are selected from random selection and judgement selection.150 members of them have taken the questionnaire.After statistics summary and collation,the grades will be counted by descriptive statistical method,validity and reliability statistical method and PCA,then a comprehensive evaluation can be received.This research will offer suggestions for governments and the specialized farmer cooperatives.And it will have a profound effect for further research on this topic.The significance of the research can be classified into two main aspects.(1)Relevant theories on standard establishment and progress on the specialized farmer cooperatives are enriched,which will offer reference and motivation for agriculture development in Beijing.(2)This paper focuses on practical analysis and research in the specialized farmer cooperatives in Tongzhou district.Based on this research,the evaluation system is established,which will have a practical effect in the future.At present,relevant research on the specialized farmer cooperatives in this area is rare,especially for the degree of organization.This research can offer a guidance for further studies.
