Research On The Impact Of China's Producer Service Trade Liberalization On Manufacturing Upgrading From The Perspective Of Global Value Chain

Since the new century,the pattern of world economy has changed with the deepening of international division of labor.The manufacturing industry is transforming and the service industry is expending.In the new situation,the integration of manufacturing and service industry is not only conducive to the development of manufacturing efficiency,but also conducive to the release of energy services.Manufacturing industry from the upstream,midstream,downstream of a profound change in the service industry is effectively embedded in the manufacturing sector,which is the economic development of the new strategic direction.The transformation of the world economy can promote trade in services and trade in services in the proportion of total world trade is also increasing.As the specialized division of labor more refined and the level of market-oriented higher and higher,the development of producer services gradually show the trend of externalization.The manufacturing sector separate form a separate industry and provide market-oriented Intermediate services.Productive services become a bridge between the manufacturing industry and the service industry.It is a source of product value-added and differentiation,and it is also a rapidly developing segment in the service industry.Producer services trade facilitates the flow of international factors of production by providing specialized technical capital and intellectual capital,deepens industrial division of labor and promotes the effective integration of industries,thus reducing the operating costs of enterprises,improving production efficiency and promoting the manufacturing transformation and upgrading.Firstly,the concept of global value chain,the concept and characteristics of producer services trade,and the theory of manufacturing upgrade are explained.It is concluded that the global value chain is a cross-enterprise of product development,production,sales to after-Organization.Producer service industry is attached to the manufacturing industry to provide professional human and knowledge of the industry,with industrial relevance,external,complex and special legal relations,knowledge and technology-intensive and space separability,manufacturing upgrades,including technology process upgrades,product upgrades,feature upgrades and chain upgrades.Secondly,on this basis,this paper analyzes the development process and features of China's producer services trade,and points out that the development of producer services in China has gone through three development periods.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation and difficulties of China's manufacturing industry as well as China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain in which the position of China's manufacturing industry development ups and downs.Although experiencing a vigorous development,but it is still in the low end of the global value chain.Thirdly,from the theoretical point of view,the factors influencing the upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the influencing mechanism are discussed in detail.The factors influencing the upgrading of the manufacturing industry are many,but this paper focuses on the four influencing factors of human capital,foreign direct investment,level of informatization and producer services trade.Then,from the point of view of empirical,we select the relevant data of trade in services,build the model and quantify the analysis,through the test,summed up the four factors have a positive effect on the manufacturing upgrade,which producer services trade liberalization The coefficient of influence of the manufacturing upgrade is about one.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including attaching importance to the concept of producer services trade and exerting efforts to develop high-end producer services trade,increasing the degree of openness of productive service industry,strengthening government policy support of producer services trade,improving the construction of laws and regulations.This article mainly through the establishment of producer services and manufacturing industry relations,according to the relevant theory and model,empirical analysis,and finally put forward practical suggestions.
