The Influence Of The Import Of Productive Services On The International Division Of Labor In China's Manufacturing Industry

Since China's economy entered the new normal period,the manufacturing industry is facing the historical task of structural adjustment,its transformation and upgrading has become an important engine to lead our country's economic upgrading and development.At present,the domestic "demographic dividend" gradually disappears,the high cost of land and other factors makes the traditional advantage of the development of manufacturing industry in China constantly weakened;At the same time,developed countries in Europe and the United States have introduced "remanufacturing" strategy,focusing on the development of high-end modern manufacturing,seize the high level of intelligent manufacturing.China's manufacturing industry is facing increasing external competition.Realizing the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry is not only the necessary process to realize the transformation of China from "manufacturing country" to "manufacturing power",but also the necessary measure to break through the role of the low-end processing in the global division of labor.Today's product globalization production network has become increasingly mature,professional division of labor is in-depth.All countries are included in the production and sales of the "global value chain." This paper believes that the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,is to enhance China's manufacturing participation in the global value chain status of international division.How to improve the status of international division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry?On the basis of a large number of reading literatures,combined with the development of China's manufacturing industry and other industries,this paper puts forward the promotion of the international Division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry by importing advanced and productive services from the perspective of industrial interaction.Firstly,this paper combs the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the manufacturing industry and the producer service in our country,and the relationship between China's manufacturing industry and producer Services is more suitable for"interaction theory".Secondly,this paper proposes to improve the status of the international division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry,that is to gradually realize the "advanced substitution" of intermediate input elements in manufacturing industry,and demonstrate the promotion of the improvement of the quality of productive service to the international division of labor in manufacturing industry from the theoretical model.Finally,the paper analyzes the spillover mechanism of the import of producer services to promote the development of China's manufacturing industry from the theoretical level.In view of the current main trade form for the intermediate goods trade,and based on the traditional total trade statistical framework accounting of China's manufacturing export data there is "rhetoric" of the real development of China's manufacturing level of the problem.This paper using OECD-WTO'S newly released value-added trade(TiVA)database,has focused on measuring the GVC Status index and export technology Complexity index of the international Division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry,and has again measured the RCA index reflecting the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's manufacturing industry,and concludes that although the export competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry is higher and the division position is lower.In order to verify whether the import of productive services has an impact on the international division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry from the empirical level.This paper first analyzes the influence of the whole production service import on the international division of manufacturing industry in the developing countries from the transnational level,and the empirical results show that the import of producer services has greatly promoted the international division of labor in the manufacturing industry.The paper then analyzes the influence of the import of the whole producer service industry and the subdivision type producer service industry on the international division of labor in manufacturing industry,and the result shows that the import of producer service has also promoted the international Division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry,especially the import of technical knowledge-intensive and productive services represented by science,technology and information technology,has the most significant effect on promoting the international division of Labor in China's manufacturing industry.Finally,this paper holds that the current development of modern producer services is an important constraint restricting the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.To promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and to enhance the international division of labor in manufacturing industries,the advanced and productive services represented by foreign countries are proposed.At the same time,the author thinks that our government should strengthen the development of the domestic modern productive service industry,make use of the relationship between the productive service industry and the benign interactive development of manufacturing industry,promote the rising of the international division of labor in the manufacturing industry and the reasonable coordinated development between domestic industries.
