Our trade are increasingly frequently with other countries,the construction of land ports continues to improve,and the container transportation of the land port in Yunnan Province has obtained fast development,the scale of the container yard has expanded.However,facing with the limited resources of the container yard,the key to enhance its competitiveness is how to use the limited resources,make reasonable allocation and coordination of resources in container yard with the effective method.In light of these circumstances,this article discusses the evaluation and comparison and selection of the resource allocation scheme for the container terminal at the land port.Study on evaluation of land port container yard resource allocation scheme is conducive to the understanding of its own real situation of the land port container yard and port resources.Moreover,it can provide basis and suggestion for the government and port to develop a better resource allocation program,so as to improve the utilization rate of resources in container yard.At present,there are many methods to study the port container yard resources at home and abroad.After comparison and analysis,this paper chooses analytical method,entropy method and BP neural network model simulation method to evaluate the resource allocation scheme of the land port container yard.In the evaluation of BP neural network,the final result will be more precise and effective.Therefore,this paper innovatively introduces the BP neural network model to the evaluation of the resource allocation scheme of the container terminal at the land port.This paper first makes a brief introduction to the port logistics and port container yard of land resources,so as to get a simple understanding of the research,referencing other scholar's research,and then we build the evaluation index system of the resource allocation scheme for the container terminal at the land port.It summarizes the optimization of resource index of the original container yard.Combined with the characteristics of inland port logistics operation and the principle of establishing the evaluation index,the indicator system is divided into four layers.The system consists of four aspects: yard space resources,manpower resources in storage yard,line and management benefit.There are 11 indicators,including 7 input targets and 4 output index.Secondly,five land port container yard resources of the four provinces are treated as the training sample,and a BP neural network model is constructed.The entropy method is used to comprehensive assessment,and the score results are treated as a model of BP neural network training samples.Compared with each other,the best training samples are determined;with the Manchuria port as the representative of the empirical analysis,the empirical analysis is conducted to prove practicable of the BP neural network model;finally,it provides useful suggestions for the development of logistics of land port in Yunnan Province and optimize the container yard resource allocation in the land port.
