| With the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and the comprehensive development of a dual-cycle pattern of internal and external economies,the demand for port trade continues to grow.This rapid growth of throughput has made many container terminals in Xiamen port be overloaded.Unreasonable space resource planning and mechanical equipment resource utilization leads to high transposition rate,reducing the quality of terminal services.In view of this,it is necessary to optimize the configuration of port yard resource management,improve the efficiency of coordination and cooperation of internal resources of the port,save terminal operating costs,and improve terminal service efficiency.Therefore,this article takes Xiamen Xinhaida Company as the research yard,based on the theory of resource optimal allocation and equipment management,this article adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation and statistical analysis to carry out a more in-depth study on the problems existing in the yard resource management of Xiamen Xinhaida Company.In terms of space resource management,there are mainly problems such as conflicts between vessel operation and gate-in/out operation,an increase in the rate of container yard container restore,and a slower turnover of containers in the yard.In terms of equipment resource management,there are problems such as uneven operating in yard block,unreasonable equipment allocation,increased conflict between equipment use and maintenance.By analyzing the reasons,proposing the management optimization strategy of Xinhaida Company’s terminal yard resource.Firstly,optimize the space resource planning of storage yard.Xiamen Xinhaida company needs to strengthen the management of the mixed storage mode of the container area,timely merge and sort containers in the yard,reduce the container stacking height appropriately,and set up an empty container terminal outside the port.Secondly,optimize the capacity of container terminal yard operation planning.Using smart allocation to optimize the container storage status,improving the import and export container storage plan,adopting stoppage ship plan,improving the storage yard project maintenance plan process.Thirdly,optimize resource management of yard equipment.The transformation of oil-to-electricity projects,the establishment of intelligent management system for equipment maintenance,the transformation of gantry crane lifting height to increase the storage capacity of the storage yard and the appointment management of specific time period.At the same time,from human resources,financial resources,material resources and system four aspects to ensure the implementation of the yard resource management optimization plan of Xiamen Xinhaida Company.This article is expected to improve the service quality andproduction efficiency of the terminal and enhance the core competitiveness of the terminal through the optimization of the storage yard resource management of Xiamen Xinhaida Company,thus contributing to the further improvement of the operation efficiency of the terminal and providing some guidance for the implementation of relevant optimization schemes of similar container terminals. |
