Spatial Agglomeration And Development Performance Of Automobile Enterprises In Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

Automobile industry is one of the typical producer-driven global commodity chains,including raw material supply,parts manufacturing,vehicle production,assembly and other production processes and car sales,vehicle maintenance and a series of service links,which playing an important role in the national economic development.The State Council issued the "guidance on the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the basis of the golden waterway" in 2014,and the "Yangtze River Economic Zone Innovation-Driven Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Program"issued by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2016 was to build a world-class industrial cluster.Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is the leading regional development area of the Yangtze River economic belt,the automobile industry has obvious advantages and strong strength,and should proceed towards the goal of building a world-class automobile industry cluster.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration owned the most comprehensive economic strength,occupy a pivotal position of promoting China's economic development and opening up.National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration Development Plan" in 2016,proposing goals of the Yangtze River Delta city group to build a world-class urban agglomeration,and take the automotive industry as a leading industry to achieve innovation breakthrough.The core elements of world-class urban agglomeration are industry,and the development of world-class automobile industry cluster needs urban agglomeration as space carrier.Under the background of double strategic,it is very important to study the spatial agglomeration characteristics of automobile enterprises in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,analyze the relationship between spatial agglomeration and development performance,and put forward the optimization strategy of automobile enterprise spatial pattern and enhance the efficiency of automobile industry cluster development.Based on the analysis above,this paper depended on the relevant classical theory and relevant research results at home and abroad,takes the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration automobile industry as the research object.Firstly,the paper analyzes the sample of the automobile enterprise.Secondly,using the nearest neighbor distance method,Nuclear density estimation and Ripley's K function analysis,from different perspectives analysis of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration of the automobile industry's multiple space-time evolution characteristics;what's more,around the main line of Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration of the automobile industry development performance,This paper puts forward the conclusion and policy enlightenment of the study,and provides the direction for further research in the future.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the conclusion and policy implications of this study.The research results show that:(1)the number of different types of automobile enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta is different,and the auto parts and auto parts enterprises in the automobile enterprise category occupy the absolute superiority.The automobile enterprises are mainly distributed in the capital cities and other areas with strong economic strength,the differences in the number of enterprises between cities is very significant.(2)The automobile enterprises show a typical cohesive distribution pattern,and the spatial distribution of the automobile enterprises shows a "1+7" multi-core and"M"-type agglomeration pattern as a whole.(3)From 2000 to 2013,the spatial aggregation of automobile enterprises showed the pattern of the first polarization and then the equilibrium.The nuclear density analysis showed that the spatial pattern of automobile enterprises in the urban agglomeration experienced three important Stage:sporadic agglomeration-embryonic form of spatial agglomeration-continuous agglomeration area;automobile enterprise agglomeration scale gradually expanding trend,and agglomeration intensity first rise and then down.(4)The impact of the agglomeration economy on the development performance of the automobile industry,the urbanization economy and the localization economy have different effects on the development performance of the automobile enterprises.The impact of the agglomeration economy on the development performance of the automobile enterprises vary from its performance at present.
