Evaluation And Comparative Study On Green Development Of The Three Major Urban Agglomerations In The Yangtze River Economic Zone

The Yangtze River Economic Zone has 9 provinces of 2 municipalities directly under the central government of China,from the east to Shanghai and the west to Yunnan.Along the way,the Yangtze River Delta city group,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and the Chengdu Chongqing city group have been formed along the road from the east to the west,and the three big cities,like three carriages,drive the development of the Yangtze River economic belt,thus speeding up the development of the city groups along the Yangtze River.The development of the economic belt of the Yangtze River is of great significance.In the context of the green development of the country,this paper takes the three major urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River economic belt as the research object,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for green development,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the green development level of the three major urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River economic belt.The construction of the green development index system mainly focuses on the four aspects of the economic growth level,the upgrading level of industrial structure,the level of ecological environment governance and the improvement level of residents' living improvement in the three large urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River economic belt,and on the basis of evasuation,the green development of the three large urban agglomeration of the Yunggtze River economic belt is carried out in many aspects and layers.The comparison of the times.Through the green evaluation and comparative analysis of the three urban agglomerations,the following conclusions are drawn.First of all,from the perspective of green development level,the three major urban agglomerations have been developing rapidly.Among them,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has the best comprehensive evaluation of green development,far beyond the middle reaches of Yangtze River and Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration.Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration has the lowest level of green development in the three major urban agglomerations.But since 2009,the speed of green development of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration is the fastest in the three major urban agglomerations.Secondly,although the green development level of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration and the development level of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are relatively close,the gap between the green development level of the two cities and the Yangtze River Delta is still large.There are obvious regional disequilibria in the other three cities.Thirdly,from the factors that restrict the green development of the three large urban groups,the green development of the three big cities is constrained by the natural resources and environment.The development stage of the three cities also increases the difficulty of the effective implementation of the green development.Coupled with the lack of technological innovation,it also restricts the green development of the three major urban agglomerations.Besides,there are great differences in the different aspects of green development evaluation of the three metropolitan agglomerations.From the specific constraints of the three major urban agglomeration,the biggest restrictive factor for the green development of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta is the unbalance of regional development,and the environmental development is lagging behind the economic development.The economic developrnment in dex of the middle reaches.of the Yangtze River is faster,but the incdex of the people's living standard is slower,the per capita green area of the city park,the number of bus per 10000 people is even stagnant for a long time.In addition to Chongqing and Chengdu,the green development level of.Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration is relatively low,and there is a big gap between.the harmiess treatment rate of domestic waste and the total retail sales of the other two cities.In order to further promote the green development level of the three large urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River economic belt,in the future development,every city group should advocate green concept,popularize green hair knowledge;two to transfer the structure to promote industrial transformation and upgrade;three to improve the level of green technology,to create a green innovation atmosphere;four to strengthen the government supervision.In the end,the government should build up the government's green system mechanism;finally,we should develop the strategic plan to achieve the coordinated development of the resources,the environment and the economy.
