With the economically globalization speeding up and the reform and opening-up policy getting continually profound, the scale of domestically foreign direct investment has been larger and larger, ranking in the front of the whole world for foreign investment attraction. The urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta Region, as the most developed region economically in the whole country,is the "pioneer" area to open to outsiders, which has used 54.7% of total foreign investment in China. Under the fresh economical regular status, the Yangtze River Delta Region is right around the corner of transformation, updating, recreation and development, how to rationally response to the risks and grasp the opportunities decides the range and span they can involve in, which will also play important role in whether it can keep being the strategic support for the whole economical development. The passage has listed researches on the phenomenon and its factors of spatial-temporal differentiation for the foreign direct investment from urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region ranging from 2003 to 2014.First of all, the researches of this passage are on the spatial-temporal differentiation of the foreign direct investment from urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region by the method of Spatial Exploratory Data Analysis and Rescaled Range Analysis from the both integral and partial perspectives. Here comes to the conclusion: integrally, the attraction of foreign investment is mainly divided into four stages starting growth, acceleration, fluctuation and firmly adjustment, in which the ratio of foreign direct investment steadily goes up. From overall autocorrelation analysis, the scale of foreign direct investment from urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region generally shows remarkable feature of autocorrelation; partially, the tendency of revolution of foreign direct investment from different cities will vary its strength according to the time dimension, but the positive continuity is still relatively strong. From the partial autocorrelation analysis, the inner foreign direct investment of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region is not rational in allocation, showing an unbalanced status.Secondly, on the base of the existence of spatial autocorrelation, the passage constructs an index system to measure the influence on foreign direct investment and builds a spatial panel mode, the actual factors affecting the foreign direct investment of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region will be analyzed by analyzing the real examples. To conclude, from the direct effect of the spatial Durbin mode, human resource level, market size, market opening degree, population size and marketization will affect the foreign direct investment positively; according to the indirect effect of spatial Durbin mode, the human resources level, capital size, market size and population size impact the foreign direct investment negatively;the labor cost and infrastructure level act not prominently under both direct and indirect effect. Finally, in line with the above empirical analysis, some advice or measures are mentioned and expected to rationally optimize the foreign direct investment of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta Region like raising the market size and regional maketization degree, making the use of comparative advantages to carry on collaboratively regional development and improving the regional economical linkage and promote the win-win cooperation policies.
