The Research On The Impact Of Human Capital Investment On Rural Migrant Workers' Wages Income In Liaoning Province

'Migrant Workers' comes from the change of economic institution in China,it is full of Chinese characteristics.With the development of China's reform and economy,transportation,information transmission and people's ideology,large amounts of rural surplus labor swarmed into cities.Since 1978,agricultural income account for the total income of farmers in our country is discipline,but the proportion of wage income is increasing year by year.From 2000 to 2014,the farmers' wage income in domestic per-capital income was raising percentage from 31 to 41.Although farmers' wage income is increasing,contrast with urban income is still very low.According to statistics,the urban per disposable income is 31126 yuan and the rural residents per disposable is 12057 yuan by 2015,and there's a big gulf between those two.To change the low income of farmers' that is in peasant's interest,as well as the continuous & healthy development of our society with a modest competence economy society.The causes of these problems has many objectives reasons,such as the labor market's supply-demand contradiction,there's on real explicit government regulation on Migrant Workers,distinct dual-structure between urban and rural,but the key reason is the insufficiency and low efficiency of human-capital investment in rural migrant workers.Study the impact of human capital factors on rural migrant workers wage income has a realistic meaning.In this paper we take the cropland-lost peasants in Anshan of Liaoning Province as an example,use of human capital investment theory and method to analyze the effect of human capital investment on farmer's income.All date were processed by SPSS to fully understand and grasp the actually,what is the current situation of human resources investment and rural migrant workers wage income.According to the analysis we find that the cropland-lost peasants' human resources investment is not enough in Anshan,education and health care investment insufficient,the number of times training is little and short,number of migration is less,rapidly changing jobs.In this paper we use Mincer model and Quality regression to analyze the impact of human capital investment in rural migrant workers wage income.This article has used the theoretical analysis method and empirical analysis method in the research,puts forward the rationalization suggestions to increase rural migrant workers wage income.
