Research On The Effect Of Depression On The Income Of Migrant Workers

The key to the construction of new urbanization in China is to realize the citizenization of migrant workers.Although the monthly wage income of migrant workers has increased,but there is still a significant gap between urban workers.Then promote the wages of migrant workers has become the key to improving the ability of migrant workers to achieve new urbanization.At the same time,migrant workers is one of the high incidence of depression in China,and its depression has begun to attract people's attention.Therefore,this article will focus on the analysis of the impact of depression on the wage income of migrant workers.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research,which corresponds to the first and second chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,research content,research methods,technology roadmap,innovation and inadequate.The second chapter introduces the concepts of migrant workers,non cognitive skills,depression,human capital and depression scale,and from the cognitive skills and non cognitive skills in two aspects of the impact of migrant workers' income is reviewed.The second part introduces the data source and the basic descriptive analysis,which corresponds to the third chapter.In the third chapter,firstly,the data sources used in the research are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the measurement and distribution of the depression degree of migrant workers.Thirdly,it introduces the distribution of individual characteristics of migrant workers.Finally,the correlation between depression and individual characteristics of migrant workers is introduced.The third part is the empirical analysis,which corresponds to the fourth and the fifth chapter.In the fourth chapter,according to the sample of migrant workers in CFPS2012,using least squares regression analysis method,analysis of the impact of depression on the income of migrant workers,and then use the Heckman method to return to the results of robustness test.The results show that depression has a significant negative impact on the income of migrant workers.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the mechanism of the effect of depression on the income of migrant workers.Firstly,article analyzes the relationship between depression and the production efficiency of migrant workers.The second,article analyzes the relationship between depression and the health level of migrant workers.Finally,the relationship between the degree of depression and the human capital reinvestment of migrant workers was analyzed.The fourth part of the paper is the conclusion and suggestion,which corresponds to the sixth chapter.According to the main research results,this chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,the depression emotions of migrant workers deserve to be paid attention to,and need to carry out effective guidance to enhance the positive emotions of migrant workers,so as to improve production efficiency,help to increase the income of migrant workers.Second,actively guide the migrant workers mental health counseling,migrant workers may alleviate the illness condition,is conducive to promoting the health level of migrant workers improve,further improve the income of migrant workers.Finally,as much as possible to pay attention to migrant workers,to give them more job security,reduce the frequency of frequent changes in the work of migrant workers because of negative emotions,to ensure the stability of the income of migrant workers.
