Research On Supply Chain Risk Management Of Clothing Enterprise

Many clothing companies face closure not only due to the characteristics of the clothing products,such as fashion,individuation,short life cycle,multi-variety and small batch production,but also because the rapidly changing market conditions and the unexpected sales and promotional activities of competitors.These problems can be reduced into the supply chain risk of clothing enterprise,but there is little systematic research in clothing enterprise supply chain risk management is less at present documents.The research object of this paper is clothing supply chain centered around productive enterprise.The researching background and significance of supply chain risk management of clothing enterprise were introduced in this dissertation,the relevant literatures home and abroad were reviewed;and then;the structure model of the clothing enterprise supply chain was established,at the same time,the connotation and characteristics of the clothing enterprise supply chain risk management were introduced,on these bases,the system of the clothing enterprise supply chain risk management was established;the risk factors from all supply chain links were analyzed,then supply chain risk were identified,and the risk assessment system were established;after that,the supply chain risk assessment was conducted by the theory of unascertained fuzzy from tow points,risk occurring probability and the influence degree of consequences;afterwards,the basic principles was given,and the preventing strategies of different risk were obtained,such as,supply risk,demand risk,production risk,marketing risk and information risk.Finally,the empirical study was launched for clothing enterprise to test the operability of the clothing enterprise supply chain risk management system.
