The Research Of Group Enterprise On Risk Management System

Along with the development of economic globalization,the enterprise which in the fierce market competition facing all sorts of risks,and group enterprise scale,diversified,cross-regional,globalization makes risk more complicated.When enterprises in the face of the internal and external environment changing and financial,operational,management and a series of risks,the enterprise which can not only effectively avoid risk,but also keep the balance of internal control and efficiency,to guarantee the long term,healthy and stable development of the enterprise.Therefore,risk management become a major issue in today's enterprise management.When the enterprise in the face of internal and external risk and uncertainty,how to effectively identify,evaluate,early warning and respond to these risks is a group enterprise widespread attention and the hot issues.Therefore,in this paper,I do a thorough research in group enterprise risk management theory and system to improve the ability of group enterprise risk prevention and response to risk,and make the vital significance to the enterprise long-term health development.Based on the in-depth understanding theory of risk management,framework,standards and group control mode,and combing group of all aspects of enterprise risk systematically comb,which gives the group enterprise risk management system construction steps,countermeasures and risk early warning index system,realized the group enterprise risk database,risk identification and assessment,risk monitoring early warning and risk response of system function.The design of the risk management information system adopts B/S architecture,SSH framework technology,J2 EE application server architecture,relational database,the maturity of the IT technology such as Ajax,guarantee the system stability,versatility,and reliability.
