In the economic development under the background of rapid development,modern enterprises are facing fierce market competition,the internal and external environment is complex and changeable,enterprises focus on how to survive and develop in such conditions.The importance of leaders for enterprises.Because of the important role of the leaders in the enterprise management and the operation of the company,it has been widely concerned by scholars.Chinese traditional culture for talent standards have both ability and political integrity,and foreign enterprise employees are different,our country's staff on the leader's character of higher degree of concern.True leadership is a combination of moral quality and true leadership,the leadership is beneficial to the behavior of employees,employee attitudes and employee performance,is the focus of scholars and managers are concerned about.Scholars want to explore the impact of the mechanism of the problem,in order to better practice application.More and more organizations began to realize that can not rely solely on the management,the urgent need to play the entire organization of each person's energy,employees dare to suggest that organizations can better development.The study of authentic leadership style provides managers with rich and varied leadership styles.Combing the existing research of authentic leadership,the study focused on the theoretical level,the empirical research is not much,to explore the relationship between the real leader's behavior to the employee's suggestions,and clarify the influence mechanism.It can promote the staff to make better suggestions,and it is of great significance to enrich and perfect the influence of the real leadership on the behavior and attitude of the staff,and improve the management level of the leader.In order to open the black box between authentic leadership and employee behavior,the psychological capital is chosen as the mediating variable,and the mechanism of the independent variable real leader and the dependent variable employee behavior is constructed.The empirical study is carried out to analyze the data of 306 valid questionnaires,trying to find out the relationship between the true leadership and the employee's behavior,especially if the psychological capital plays an intermediary role.Finally,it is found that authentic leadership is positively related to employee behavior,and psychological capital is the mediator between them.Among them,the psychological capital is the complete intermediary between the real leader and the employee "s promotion suggestion,while the real leader and the employee" s inhibitory suggestions are part of the intermediary.The Enlightenment of this study: leadership behavior of openness and honesty should become the leadership behavior of enterprise leaders should be concerned in the management process,the internalization of learning the core characteristics of authentic leadership,able and willing to communicate with employees,with high moral standards constrain their words and deeds of their own deficiencies can admit and correct,at the same time the target firm,the courage to face difficulties.Study hard and build a safe and harmonious environment,reduce employee prohibitive voice risk;promoting voice behavior,encourage employees to challenge some organizational framework,enhance the vitality of the organization,and keep the staff to actively exchange and establish positive communication with employees,so that they are willing to put forward suggestions for the development of organization.At the same time,in the management practice,the enterprise leaders should pay attention to the cultivation of the psychological capital of employees,and choose the employees with high level of psychological capital in the recruitment process.
