Under the increasingly vigorous competitive environment,it has become more difficult to rely on the business leaders alone to realize the continuous progress of enterprises.In the big corporate family,what the employees need to complete by themselves is not only their own job,more important is to show more behavior s outeide the roles such as voice behavior.Employees can help the organization to improve the current problem through present constructive suggestions and opnions,and thus enhance the competitiveness of the organizations.However,the voice behavioris also facing the huge risk,not all employees are willing to offer.So the research on the influence mechanism of voice behavior is very valuable.Leaders have played a crucial role in the process of voice behavioris for the behavior of employees are more affected by the staff leadership styles and approaches.Moreover,as the main body of voice behavior,the power distance of employees also has an important shaping effect on his voice behavior.This research based on role cognitive,role models,social learning theory,using the reliable tool to compile the questionnaire to explore the impact of authentic leadership on employee voice behavior and have a deeply look on the mediating role of voice role identity and the moderating role of power distance.This paper employed empirical research methods through the questionnaire survey,and collected 245 valid samples.Through Spss22.0 and Lisrel 8.80 software to demonstrate and analyze related hypothese,we have drawed the following conclusions:the relations between authentic leadership and employee promotive voice behavior is positive correlation;voice role identity mediated the relations between authentic leadership and employee promotive voice behavior;Employee'power distance moderated the relations between authentic leadership and employee promotive voice behavior;that is to say,the higher employee'power distance is,the weaker the relations between authentic leadership and employee promotive voice behavior are.The positive facilitation role of authentic leadership,the mediating role of voice role identity and the moderating role of power distance hasn't been supported by data.By summarizing the research results,this paper puts forward several corresponding management Suggestions.First of all,it is necessary to advocate authentic leadership and encourage leaders to establish sincere relations with subordinates.Second,due to the prohibitive voice behavior may bring more negative cost,authentic leaders can construct reasonable channels within the organization,for example,Employees can express their opinions and ideas through anonymous and private communication with their leaders,thus improving their psychological security of inhibiting voice behavior.Thirdly,In view of the negative influence of employee power distance on employee voice behavior,managers should pay more attention to the stimulation and guidance of employees with high power distance.
