Combined with now work environment,the closest relationship with employees is the direct leadership of employees,which not only affects the work attitude ofemployees,but also affects the work behavior of employees.As a kind of workbehavior of employees participating in the organization work,the suggestion behavior can not only provide decision-making direction,but also improve decision-makingefficiency and improve management efficiency.The two penetrate each other andpromote each other.Therefore,this paper chooses the independent variable as theleader-member exchange relationship,the dependent variable is the suggestivebehavior,and the mechanism of interaction between the independent variable and the dependent variable is discussed through the intermediary variable organizationpsychological ownership and the sense of efficacy.In this survey,our research subjects were mainly in-service personnel,and the on-the-job employees were tested in the form of online questionnaires.588 copieswere collected and 567 valid questionnaires were used.The questionnaires were used by using SPSS 24.0 and Mplus 7.0 software.Analysis and processing found that inthe correlation relationship,the independent variables,mediator variables,anddependent variables were significantly correlated.In the establishment of theregression model,the leadership-member exchange has a good regression model.In the mediation effect analysis,the following results are obtained:First,the promotion of psychological ownership plays a mediating role between emotional attachment,personal life involvement in two dimensions and promotion of suggestive behavior;second,promoting psychological ownership plays a mediating role betweenleader-member exchange relationship and defensive suggestion behavior;third,thesense of efficacy is based on emotional attachment,personal life involvementdimension It acts as an intermediary between the act of proposing.
