Research On Risk Management Of S Communication Engineering Project In Germany

With presentation of One Belt One Road strategy,more and more corporates under this chance intend to get more development oversea for gaining more resource and market opportunities.Some of the famous communication corporates have taken the lead and strived to forward to the direction of general contractor of international communication engineering project.However,considering the complexity of international situation and the difference on economic and legal environment,it brings enormous pressure and severe challenges.Only do apply scientific strategic measures,as well as establish and improve the advanced project risk management mechanism,that may avoid the occurrence of risks,evade or lower the economic loss,expedite the project progress,to smoothly deliver the project with high standard.This article is based on relevant knowledge of Project Risk Management,taking German S Communication Engineering Project for a typical example,summarizes and analyzes the four main steps on project risk management including risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and monitoring.According to itself characters of oversea communication engineering project,it applies brainstorming,Delphi methods to identifying the risk,and establish the risk three-level model of communication engineering project.On risk assessment,it applies methods of experts marking,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and set up risk assessment indicator system of such project.Studying on the real case,this article calculates the entire risk level of German S Communication Engineering Project and evaluates the risk occurrence rate and consequential loss.In accordance with the risk assessment result this article provides tactics and measures of risk response,as well as set up monitoring mechanism.That promote the study and development of project risk management meanwhile provide practical reference and experience.
