The Effect Analysis Of Trade Facilitation Level On China's Export Of High-Tech Products

Since trade facilitation had been introduced,it has become a hot topic until now.And it has provided a better idea for trade exchanges among countries and for trade cooperation.In February 2007,the Trade Facilitation Agreement was formally entered into force.Such agreements attempt to improve the trade barriers to limit the development of trade in others' countries.High-tech products are one of the Chinese major export commodities for its high-tech,high value-added features.However,through the analysis of the current situation of China's high-tech products,such as the core independent intellectual property and single product structure still exist.The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of trade facilitation on high-tech products,and to find out the relationship between high-tech products and their coverage indices.This paper mainly include several chapters:Firstly,combs the literature about the level of trade facilitation and the export of high-tech products,and predicts that the level of trade facilitation has a positive effect on high-tech products;Secondly,analyze the export situations of Chinese high-tech products through the mathematical statistics,concluded the characteristics of rapid development,single commodity structure,low-end trade mode and export-oriented foreign investment;Thirdly,by analyzing the trade facilitation and its sub-index of China and the major trading partners from 2008 to 2014,and integrating it into the extended gravity model to analyze the impact of trade facilitation on the export of high-tech products,gain the conclusion that the level of trade facilitation has a positive effect on the export of high-tech products,and the impact of e-commerce environment on the export of high-tech products is particularly significant;Finally,summarize the contents and propose detailed policy recommendations.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of the impact of the Trade Facilitation Index(TFI)on the export of high-tech products.Furtherly analyze the relationship between PE,RE,CE and SCI and high-tech export.The results show that the e-commerce environment has a significant and significant impact on the export of high-tech products in China;(2)In addition to the control variables such as foreign direct investment,patent application,economic scale and physical distance,it is considered whether the impact of the economic crisis and whether it is the impact of the OECD member countries on the high-tech products,and the economic crisis has a negative and significant effect,while OECD member countries have a significant and significant impact on the export of high-tech products.
