Research On The Influence Of Trade Facilitation On The China's Export

In the era of economic globalization,the economic cooperation between countries is becoming more and more closely,the mutual dependence is further improved.Since 2008,the global financial crisis led to the rise of trade protectionism,global trade growth fell.With the decline in tariffs and non-tariff barriers,the role of traditional trade measures play in foreign trade is limited,the "non efficiency of trade"and the pursuit of a more transparent,stable and efficient trading and investment environment have been widely concerned by all countries.Xi Jinping pointed out at the G20 Summit:in the face of multiple risks and challenges,such as the current lack of growth momentum,sluggish demand,financial market turmoil,international trade and investment continued downturn.Countries should build an open world economy,continue to promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation."The Belt and Road" strategy clearly stressed the necessary to build a full range of network interconnection,efforts to solve the problem of investment and trade facilitation.Both domestic and foreign researchers show that trade facilitation has a great effect on the import and export trade.China's export trade has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up,however,affected by the financial crisis and trade protectionism,although exports increase,but problems of instability of the growth rate,at the same time,under the background of trade globalization,requirements of the production efficiency,China's export products competitive advantage did not show.In view of this,it is important to research the impact of trade facilitation on China's export trade.Based on sorting out the relevant theory of trade facilitation,we construct the theoretical framework of trade facilitation's four dimensions-port efficiency,customs environment,regulation environment,information technology-impact on trade.Further analyze the mechanism of trade facilitation impact on classification of products export trade.After the measurement of China and China's top 90%trading partners' level of trade facilitation,the results show that China's trade facilitation level is not convenient class,the way of trade facilitation reform is too long.According to our country's trade statistics,combing with the measurement of trade facilitation level,we make an empirical study on the status of China's export scale and export structure.On this basis,this paper selects the data of export trade in China from 2007-2014 with 50 countries and regions,the use of trade gravity model to empirically test the impact of trade facilitation on the export trade.The empirical test results show that:trade facilitation has significant influence on the China's export trade,domestic trade facilitation compared to trade partners has more significant influence,domestic trade facilitation can improve the manufactured goods export,trade partners' trade facilitation can promote the export of primary products.Finally,according to the conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical research,putting forward relevant policy suggestions to improve the export trade of our country and promote the level of trade facilitation,in order to provide a reference for promoting the development of foreign trade in China.
