In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards of our residents,the demand for fresh and frozen food has been increasing,which has greatly promoted the development of urban cold chain B2C business.But from the current city of cold chain logistics development situation,B2C cold chain logistics business is still in the development stage,the demand appears "small batch,batch number,demand dispersion characteristics such as a separate distribution of B2C business costs high,restricting the development of China's city of cold chain.According to the characteristics of B2C distribution business,put forward by 2B the remaining capacity of the 2C network model of joint distribution with 2B/2C fusion,and to explore the path optimization problem under this mode,the main contents are as follows:(1)According to the development status and characteristics of China's city food cold chain distribution,analyses the existing problems of cold chain logistics;combined with the development trend of city of cold chain logistics and joint distribution,and to explore the significance and necessity of the development of the city with a total of 2B/2C cold chain integration.(2)City of cold chain 2B,2C business based on the combination of the key elements of path optimization problems,analysis of cold chain distribution costs,set up different modes in total distribution cost minimum as the optimization target path optimization model.Firstly,aiming at the static 2B demand,the 2B cold chain joint delivery route optimization model is constructed.Secondly,the 2B and 2C services are fused,and in the case of considering whether the 2C requirements can be split,the 2C demand splitting and the 2C cold chain 2B/2C fusion routing model which can not be split up are constructed respectively.(3)Using the two stage method of cold chain logistics 2B/2C fusion joint distribution model,specific ideas:first,genetic algorithm is designed for solving the city of cold chain B2B,B2C mode is a separate distribution path optimization scheme,and then by mathematical programming method using CPLEX software,2B/2C 2C update city cold chain needs not to split with a total solution path the optimization model,then combined with Z company's actual distribution case,verify the 2B/2C fusion model can play with a total saving distribution vehicles,reduce business costs of distribution function in the actual distribution.(4)Under the premise that all the demand of 2C is less than the total surplus capacity on the 2B route,it is discussed that with the rapid growth of 2C demand,a certain 2C demand can not be carried by the 2B surplus capacity without splitting.In this context,the 2B/2C cold chain fusion model is proposed to split the 2C requirements,and the algorithm is designed to solve the actual problem,and provide a reference for the enterprise distribution scheme.
