Mixed-model production is an important production organization method that realizes the equalization of product quantity and variety,dynamically adjusts the relationship between production and demand,and actively responds to fluctuations in the actual production environment and market environment.The mixed-model production is mostly used in the product assembly phase and is organized in the form of a mixed-model assembly line.It is a multi-variety,small-batch production method.Balancing the mixed-model assembly line is a kind of optimization problem with a strong application background.It has a wide range of applications in the specific manufacturing process.Optimization of mixed-model assembly lines has important theoretical and practical significance.At present,the optimization research of mixed-model assembly lines is mostly carried out under the fixed conditions of the planning period.Optimizing the mixedmodel assembly line under a given planning period may not achieve the optimal system.The lack of systematic consideration in the design of the mixed-model assembly line in the planning period,the lack of systematic consideration in the product production sequencing and the material distribution strategy of the production line are three deficiencies in the optimization research of the current mixed assembly line.Based on the previous research on optimization of mixed model assembly production system,this paper proposes that according to the production scheduling plan and past production experience,a reliable planning period can be given and the assembly time of the product can be limited to an allowable planning period.In the inner phase,the planning period is obscured,so it can be transformed into solving the optimization problem of mixedmodel assembly line under the condition of non-fixed planning period.The fuzzy multiobjective optimization theory and Lingo software are used to solve the problem.The optimization scheme of mixed-model assembly line under non-fixed planning period is obtained.At the same time,the sequencing of production assembly line assembly and the material distribution strategy are studied: to balance the material consumption of the mixed-model assembly line as a target,and to construct a sequencing model for the production of mixed-model products.In the particle swarm optimization algorithm,crossover operation and mutation operation are added.The hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to analyze the sequencing of the assembly line of mixed flow assembly,and the production sequencing scheme is solved by using Matlab.Further study on the material distribution strategy of mixed-model assembly line: First of all,the various materials involved in the mixed-flow assembly line need to be categorized and collated,and corresponding distribution strategies for different types of materials should be formulated,and the mixed-flow assembly line should be targeted to organize small-batch,multiple-Batch on-time material delivery operations.Optimize the material distribution process and formulate corresponding rapid response mechanisms for possible problems.Minimize the risk of disconnection,reduce production and operating costs,and improve material distribution efficiency.Finally,as an example,the mixed flow assembly line of the gearbox of the D company's DC business unit was studied and optimized to provide guidance for actual production.
