With the diversification of consumer demand and the increasing market competition,the traditional large-volume,small-category or even single-variety simple production methods are increasingly unable to adapt to China's manufacturing production mode.In the 21 st century,the manufacturing industry has gradually shifted to a variety of varieties and small batches of complex and individualized production methods.In the process of transformation,it is bound to impose stricter requirements on the production and management of manufacturing.Production sequencing is the basis of the manufacturing system.Appropriate sorting methods can effectively improve production and processing efficiency,reduce production costs,and shorten product completion time.The research on the sequencing problem of the mixed-flow assembly line can not be stopped in the theoretical sense and should have important practical significance.Therefore,this paper takes the sequencing problem of Y company's rectifier mixed flow assembly line as the research background,and conducts in-depth research on this type of problem.The research content of the thesis mainly focuses on the following aspects.(1)This paper introduces the domestic and international research on the sequencing of production of mixed-flow assembly lines,and analyzes in detail the concept of production sequencing and the problems in the sequencing of production that are similar to the manufacturing industry of Y Company.(2)Establish a model,in order to pursue the goal of assembly line production leveling,fully consider the assembly line switching cost,establish a dual-objective mathematical model for product component consumption rate equalization and minimum switching cost,and set up and(3)The ABC-SA algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimized production sequencing is obtained.Multiple production plans are designed to compare multiple times.On the one hand,the applicability of the algorithm is illustrated.On the other hand,avoiding the contingency of sorting results once,the results of MATLAB programming show that,with production plan one as an example,the switching cost increased from 55.6 to 107,but the material consumption leveling objective function value decreased from 349050 to 19672.Explain that the new scheduling sequence has greatly improved the leveling effect,but it has brought about an increase in part of the switching cost,which we must further explain.(4)The Flexsim software is used to model and simulate the rectifier mixed-flow assembly line.The main production plan is to improve the production sequence before and after the production sequence.The simulation results show that the optimization is significant in the component consumption leveling.Improvement,although there is a small increase in the cost of switching,but the optimization results are still in line with the needs of today's manufacturing development.
