The objective of management is to promote enterprises’ performance.Higher demands are put forward to enterprises’ management by changing business environment.There is no management,if there is no measure.So,we need to find a measuring tool,which will reveal the influential factors to enterprises’ performance,leading to find opportunities to consolidate and promote performance and make the business better in the end.Employee Engagement is a hot topic of studying factors that influence performance,study shows that employee engagement is closely related with performance,employees with high engagement can help enterprise promote productivity,client satisfaction,business profit,and reduce turnover and risks.Survey of employee engagement is a measuring tool of employee engagement,which will analyses how engaged that employees are and influential factors to check the health status of enterprises management with the point of employee engagement.There are lots of studies about issues of employee engagement,but less of deep studies targeting advertising agencies.My article will study an advertising agency and measure employee engagement,and analyses how engaged they are and related influential factors,from which discuss and conclude reasons,in order to understand and make sure the influential factors of employee engagement in advertising agency.So we can find the fields of promoting performance and make individualized plans to promote employee engagement further.
