Jack Welch,president of General Electric Company,once said that "any company that wants to win a game must find ways to make every employee dedicated".The most important resource of a company is human resources.If a company's employees generally lack of professionalism,the company's development will be severely restricted.Employee engagement is an employee's commitment and commitment to the company in terms of emotion and knowledge.According to the survey data of Gallup,engagement and performance are closely linked,and engagement helps improve organizational productivity,profitability and customer satisfaction and reduces employee turnover and safety incidents.Therefore,the engagement of employees is closely linked to the performance of a company.This paper takes TRP as an example to discuss how to improve the engagement of employees in TRP.The engagement survey shows employee engagement to guide and control employees so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing corporate performance.The engagement survey is one of the common tools for evaluating the corporate culture,institutional processes and corporate communications.Based on the analysis and research on the importance of theory and practice,we try to discuss the key factors that affect the engagement,such as career development,salary system,corporate culture,corporate culture,corporate culture,internal communication,talent echelon construction,safety and other aspects of the company's overall engagement.The survey methods are mainly questionnaires and in-depth interviews.In the survey in March 2016.In response to the request of BEL Group headquarters,TRP conducted a unified engagement survey for all employees of the entire group and a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire was based on a Q12 questionnaire by Hay consulting company,referring to Gallup,and a questionnaire tailored to the actual situation of BEL.According to the actual situation of the company,total of 1,710 full-time employees and actually recovered 1,693 questionnaires(17 leavers)and 26 one-on-one in-depth interviews.And then through mathematical statistical analysis to identify the main problems and to develop effective measures to improve,specifically:1.Communication channel 2,salary and welfare system 3,employee career development 4,talent echelon construction 5,training and development managementIn addition,I also analyze the level of engagement of brother companies within the Group and find that they all share the following common features: 1.The engagement of employees in China is lower than that in other regions.2.The engagement is related to seniority of employee.With the increase of seniority,employee engagement will be higher and higher.3.China's employee engagement continues to improve.The trend of the results of the engagement survey requires enterprises improve the career development plan that keeps pace with the times so that employees can continuously develop in the enterprise.This paper takes TRP as an example,investigates and analyzes employee engagement through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,normative analysis and empirical analysis,analyzes the current situation of employee engagement,Analyze the factors that lead to low employee engagement so as to propose an improved solution on this basis.Finally,this paper also pointed out: relying on surveys to know about employee engagement and the implementation of management there are some limitations,not comprehensive and stereoscopic.Therefore,it cannot rely solely on engagement management,but also need other strategies,such as the sense of belonging of employees,culture construction of corporate,Organizational support for employees to ensure that enterprises continue to grow and develop.
