The employee turnover will not only waste the recruitment,training and development costs,but also increase the replacement cost of human resources.The employee turnover in some key positions will also take away a large number of customers,information and resources,which will seriously endangers the strength of human resources of the enterprise,and causes underestimating losses.China always advocates inclusive culture,the inclusive leadership and management are common in enterprises.So,do inclusive leaders make a difference when it comes to employee turnover? This paper links the inclusive leadership with turnover intention that is the most effective predictor of employee turnover.From the perspective of organizational support and workplace relationship,two mediating variables,Perceived Organizational Support and Workplace Ostracism,are introduced to explore whether the Inclusive Leadership will affect the Employees Turnover Intention and its mechanism.Through reading and combing through the previous relevant research literature,this study constructs the chain dual mediation model on the basis of Organizational Supportive Theory and Social Ostracism Theory.The questionnaire made of foreign mature scale was used to investigate common staff in many regions and industries in China,and 352 valid samples were collected.Two statistical software,SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 23.0,were used for reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and Bootstrap analysis to test whether the theoretical hypothesis and model were established.And then,the author will puts forward some useful suggestions.Through theoretical deduction and statistical test,the main conclusions of this study are as follows: Inclusive Leadership has a significant negative effect on Employee Turnover Intention,a significant positive effect on Perceived Organizational Support and a significant negative effect on Workplace Ostracism;Perceived Organizational Support partly mediates the negative effect of Inclusive Leadership on Employees Turnover Intention;Workplace Ostracism also has the seam effect;What's more,Workplace Ostracism and Perceived Organizational Support play a chain double mediating role in the impact of Inclusive Leadership on Employees Turnover Intention.
