Workplace Ostracism is a new research subject gradually on the rise,there are also serious workplace ostracism behaviors in real situations.The occurrence of workplace ostracism is the manifestation of the contradiction between labor and capital in the micro-mechanism,the externalization of the game behavior of the conflict of interest and the interpersonal relationship,and workplace ostracism leads to the negative impact on the relevant stakeholders.This paper further discusses the value of the theory of labor relations in Marx on the analysis of practical labor relations based on the reality of the exclusion of this labor relationship in the workplace.In the past,the research on Marx's labor-capital relations was based on qualitative research and the theoretical construction was abundant.This article tries to start from a new perspective and focus on quantitative research.Taking the new generation of migrant workers as the research object and introducing psychological capital into the relationship between workplace ostracism and job involvement,build a theoretical model of the three to clarify the relationship among the three.I hope that this study can contribute to research in the area of workplace ostracism and can expand the quantitative research on Marx's labor relations research,with a view to providing new management proposals for new generations of migrant workers in the micro-operational mechanism,it will truly realize the care and respect of the new generation of migrant workers.Based on the collation of relevant document literature,the structure of research model is based on the theory of Marx's labor relations,resource conservation theory(COR)theory and social identity theory.Data from the survey of 310 new-generation migrant workers in China,and SPSS 13.0 is used as a data analysis tool.By using the way to explore the influence of workplace ostracism on the job involvement of the new-generation migrant workers,and divide the workplace ostracism,and discuss the different influence of the two dimensions of workplace ostracism to work involvement.At the same time,This study puts forward the hypothesis of the intermediary role of psychological capital,to explore the role between workplace ostracism and job involvement in the workplace,trying to uncover the "black box" of the mechanism of workplace ostracism.The specific content and process of the study are as follows:First,through the research of workplace ostracism,psychological capital job involvement of the literature review and organize,Thus,the theoretical framework of the three system of workplace ostracism,psychological capital and job involvement is constructed and the research hypothesis is put forward;Secondly,extracting workplace ostracism measurement scale,psychological capital scale,job involvement scale,according to the research issue to design the questionnaire and collates the questionnaire;According to the valid questionnaire,the empirical analysis,including the basic statistics of the sample,the reliability and validity analysis,the difference analysis of demographic variables,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Then,discuss the results of the analysis,and summarizes the hypotheses,and puts forward feasible Suggestions for the management of the new-generation of migrant workers.Finally,the paper summarizes the limitations of the research and puts forward the future research prospect.Based on the analysis of effective empirical data,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant difference in the degree of education,the number of years of work and the level of position.(2)Workqplace ostracism has a significant negative impact on the job involvement of the new-generation of migrant workers.The influence of colleagues' rejection on job involvement is littler than the influence of leadership rejection on job involvement.(3)The new-generation of migrant workers workplace ostracism and psychological capital has significant negative correlation.(4)Psychological capital has a significant positive influence on the new-generation of migrant workers.(5)Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role in the workplace exclusion impact on the work of new generation migrant-workers.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following management Suggestions:(1)Provide a more complete external support system for the new generation of migrant workers.(2)Emphasis on the combination of equality and differentiated management of new generation migrant workers.(3)Building a harmonious and equal enterprise culture and cultivating a harmonious and caring organization atmosphere.(4)Implementing a positive new-generation of migrant workers' assistance program.(5)The organization strengthens the development and management of the new-generation of migrant workers' psychological capital.
