Research On Public Service Management Of New Energy Electric Vehicles

With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more families and individuals own cars.The rapid increase in the number of cars and people's excessive use and dependence on cars result in the sharp rise of the content of C02 released by cars in the air.The biggest consequence caused by the steep rise of C02 content in air is the deterioration of the earth's environment.The results of the survey by the State Environmental Protection Administration show that one of the main sources of haze occurred in central and southern North China,Huang Huai and other places in November 2016 was automobile exhaust.In order to improve the quality of atmosphere environment in our country,the development of new energy vehicles becomes the future development target of national automobile industry.At present,the bottleneck of restricting the development of new energy in China is not only the manufacturing technology of new energy vehicles,but also the public service of new energy vehicles.Under this background,the problems of public service and management of new energy vehicles are studied and discussed in this paper,of which the results are of important significance to improve the industrialization process of new energy vehicles.In this paper,the problems of public service and management of new energy vehicles are studied and discussed systematically using literature research method and case study method under the guidance of the theory of public goods,the new public service theory and industry chain theory with the new energy vehicle as the research object.First of all,on the basis of a detailed and comprehensive description of the current situation of the public service of new energy vehicles in China,the problems and reasons of the public service of new energy vehicles are emphatically discussed.Secondly,the management experience of the public service of new energy vehicles in the United States,the European Union and Japan are introduced in detail,as well as their enlightenment to China.Finally,some countermeasures are proposed aiming at the problems and reasons of the public service of new energy vehicles in China.The research on the management experience of the public service of new energy vehicles in China will not only help to promote the development process of China's new energy vehicle industry,but also help to cultivate people's awareness of environmental protection.
