With the rapid development of Internet technology,the emergence of a number of online shopping platform,as well as the improvement of living standards,so that online shopping has become a fashion trend,accompanied by this is a lucrative profits of the rapid development of express companies,Bring the fierce competition among the industry,express companies in order to meet customer needs to win the market at the same time to obtain profits,we must continuously improve service levels and quality of service to enhance customer satisfaction and recognition.At present,many domestic express companies,express company competitiveness and customer satisfaction research articles are many,this paper is reading a lot of literature and writings at home and abroad on the basis of extenics in the use of good degree of evaluation method to affect customer satisfaction In order to determine the level of market competitiveness of express companies to help courier companies to obtain customer satisfaction and trust to provide customers with more convenient and efficient service,optimize the express delivery industry operating environment,and promote the rapid development of China's express delivery company and rapid development.This paper mainly uses the superiority evaluation method in extenics,at the same time into the questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,the establishment of the customer satisfaction evaluation index analysis and research.First of all,the characteristics of express,express service quality measurement factors,customer satisfaction factors;followed by the establishment of the corresponding customer satisfaction evaluation indicators,the use of evaluation indicators corresponding to the questionnaire design,through questionnaire to obtain the corresponding data,And the data were sorted and calculated;Then,the matter-element model was established by the superiority evaluation method.The weight of the evaluation index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the correlation degree was calculated and the correlation degree was normalized.After the correlation degree was normalized,according to the size of the value of the best courier companies can sort the competitiveness of the company to determine the level of customer satisfaction;and finally for the courier companies to provide rationalization proposals for the courier company to further standardize the operation,long-term development and enhance customer satisfaction Provide reference.
