Internal combustion engine is commonly known as bearing,which is used in all kinds of machinery parts.Its performance directly affects the reliability and service life of the machine work.Bearing industry is auto parts industry which has broad developing prospects.In 2014,the whole industry output value was more than 6.5 billion yuan,which rose 13 percent compared with the same time last year.At the same time,foreign companies rush into our country,and had a monopoly on raw materials technology and foreign brands' supporting for internal combustion engine,as a result,a complete set of bearing bush was almost produced by foreign-owned enterprises or foreign joint venture enterprises of the same countries.Although some domestic enterprises had the ability to form a complete set,they still imports from foreign investment enterprises.Moreover,some foreign-owned enterprises are on their way of speeding up the pace of supporting researches to the Great Wall,Changan,Geely,Byd's domestic high level models.Xichai,Weichai and CNHTC,three commercial vehicle power,imported bearing nearly 220 million yuan in 2014.Because the domestic bearing industry foundation is weak,and raw materials and manufacturing technology's gap with foreign enterprises make the competition in domestic bearing industry particularly brutal.At the same time bearing is a kind of wearing parts,and the threshold of production and processing is low,leading to numerous domestic bearing enterprises.Since the continuous improvement of more increase in bearing enterprise technique,market competition will be more and more s.How to grasp the opportunity,seize the market,maintain its leading position in the intense market competition and seize the rare opportunities of market development in market competition to win the initiative.These questions are worth thinking for the whole bearing industry.In this paper,we take DF bearings company as an example,to study the market competition strategy.DF bearing company is the bearing industry association director unit,which has the independent researches and development ability.It has high product market share.In the enterprise' developing course,the right choice of enterprise market competition strategy and independent innovation are the key to its success.However,because the low-end market competition and monopoly of foreign joint venture company,it gradually exposed some problems.These problems hindered it from bringing its superiority into full play in the market competition.Enterprise strategy theory,competitive strategy theory,and other related theories were used in this paper.We conducted acomprehensive analysis on the strategic management of the company's external environment and internal environment.The concrete method contained PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,and strategic analysis tools such as porter five modes.We analyzed the opportunity and the challenge that the company may encounter,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the company.Our purpose is to analyze whether the current company's market competition strategy was matched with the whole company strategy.We used the analytic hierarchy process to design the company's market competition strategy.That is,bringing its core competitive power into full play,strengthening the link between upstream and downstream enterprises,exploiting high-end markets,proceeding independent research and development innovation,leading the whole industry by technology and quality,and building safeguard measures for the enterprise market competition strategy's implementation.Based on the research of the DF bearings company market competition strategy,this paper is beneficial for guiding DF bearing company to participate in market competition superiorly,improving DF bearings of the company's market competitiveness,and promoting the orderly development of the whole bearing industry.
