The release of "Made in China 2025" and Industry 4.0,has accelerated the transformation of traditional car manufacturing to automated car manufacturing.Telematics is the fusion of automobile,internet of things and the Internet,it is a typical case of Industry 4.0 applied to automobile and service.However,major car companies have some problems such as limited service,poor experience,lack of valuable applications,lack of perfect service system,privacy issues in the development of telematics.Telematics and big data promote each other,they are inseparable.In China's current market,traditional car companies re-explore the development of telematics according to big data theory,will make their telematics benefit a lot.Based on the theory of business strategy,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and the shortcomings of the A car company's telematics strategy.Using the<PEST>and<SWOT>methods,the macro market environment of A car company is analyzed.Illustrates the opportunities and challenges facing A company,and the strengths and weaknesses that the company has.Based on the analysis results and combined with successful cases,I have developed a more appropriate strategy in the new environment for A company.And how to use resources to explore opportunities,how to use big data to protect the successful of strategic.
